  1. Shouldn't they throw an actual web.... of sorts.. to stop it from floating away into the sea... but isolate it to the actual sandy beach. And then clean it patch by patch ? And then clean it all up ?

  2. Some of those could've been from the original "land reclaimation".... those period of time whereby we used garbage to claim back actual land? I think Japan did this. As well as HK. As well as Singapore...
