@NooneStaar : In the UK, you can buy a private property... and then later convert the license to actually use it for a business. Lots of people do that. And this only really happens because we've got a monarchy, still. Commercial properties are very different really. And most lands are still owned by landlords in one form or another. I used to believe videos like these, but in recent years I've stopped believing in that. The truth is that, is it licensed manufacturing.. the brand may want certain products to be made in different countries... but they don't necessarily own those factories. This is well documented. It is in most text books or archives etc. A lot of the UK ones have been left behind.. So some people create their own brands.. and then people make their own products.
