And this is why.. things does not work out. They have money, but their assumption is that, it takes time to build it, in order to save people. And why wouldn't they think about flying food in and out of locations etc anyway instead? So... it is all of an excuse. And why shouldn't they consider naming all or most families etc? And draw back up those old family trees etc? When nobody is looking, often people cheat the system so... it ends up in that same location. Back to square one.

  3. HSBC was tied to the Ping An insurance piece... when we experienced the 2008 financial collapse.. which took US around 10 years to rebuild... and still have scars over now. And people are still in poor conditions too.... I mean... they must be calling out these loans.... or, maybe they are trying to burst their own mini bubbles.. slowly and in a control manner...

  4. And they didn't actually reform their financial systems either.. and they didn't even have like mortgages either... I bet that they did not even know that Germany had like 100 year mortgages. Japan had like... 1.5 generation's mortgages. Which works around like 40 years.. And in the UK it is like around 20-30 year mortgages either.... THEY BOUGHT IT BY "Cash" !!! Cos WHY ???? HK refused to actually control the currency exchange rates... and what else happened ? SE Asian countries also supported exports and imports.. and spoilt their goddamn minds.... and then they used land as a collateral.... to "borrow" from banks. Despite the land being of zero values.... They have around 300 million buildings, and they lied that there isn't. Cos this has been actually a shock to their system. So... many individuals didn't and doesn't even want to pay their mortgages. They ran off !!! LOL.... I saved around 10 years of savings.. from pocket money to buy my first mobile phone. And these individuals did not believe it. I think, because they saw how HK rose.. their assumption is that, people will come... but they don't get that everybody was doing the same thing too.... China is too developed. It has everything now... Most people already has around 2-3 BUILDINGS... they don't even believe it. lol....

  7. But the thing is... even though it is "cash"... there is nothing to say that, this is "real cash".. it could be their so called "fake cash"... Do you get it ??.... Cos they have an issue problem, and liquidity problem. And the way that the casinos used to work. They try and "exchange" (fake cash) into real cash.... but in truth... this is another issue or a case of... "you don't know who is telling the truth now to who is lying"... Cos in SG.. what they do, is that, they act as the "casino"... A recent CNA insider article showed me what I needed to know. Which should have been what HK should have done, but they did this political move and clamped down on it. So now SG does the same. i.e. They literally short the yuan... to reinforce back their own stability. That is why they do it... but of course, chinese inside doesn't get what is going on....   8. A lot of people's pension funds were invested inside China, you know. It is just that anything that goes in.. it gets done in a single day. It is the rate of production which is scary.... So.... They can split their yuans into fractional yuans... and continue to do whatever.. but the standard of living is still there?.... And anyway, wasn't the yuan an internal currency and the RMB is an external one? To fix their problem.. it can be done... and they just need to create a mechanism... It seems such a shame that, they are or had to go to this "big boom, big bust" kind of way.

  22. Bloody hell.... lol....(Why are they so personal? lol...) .. I thought that their average wage is around 300 yuans ? Or that is so for some people? So then what does this mean ? They spend one third of their monthly wage for THIS ?!?!! No way !!!! .... What they should do, is to turn some of these so called SOEs into actual private enterprises and then let them shrink as well and centralise their detail sectors. What stores cannot deliver, then they need to deliver via their home or domestic route.... Wow... retail is so harsh and tough in China. This is so crazy. No wonder people aren't really interested in their own actual brands. They should've bought the foreign brands and then merge, and use the brand as needed on a needs be basis. How come, they did not actually merged companies, or anything like that ? Or to sell some of their stores, to other larger stores, and then closed and reduce ? I suppose M&A is not a common thing in China ?? Cos that is how the USA survives. And it always happen, M&A is a part of business life...

No wonder... some of the chinese mainland people came to the UK... and they don't know how to run a business. Cos I didn't believe it when my colleague did not even check all of the actual best before dates as well..... So then in this lockdown, I did an entire check, and threw out the out of date items. And kept the rest. Something so simple like this, is not even looked after ? I was so shocked.

  24. If I was Pacific Coffee, I would actually reduce the number of stores, but then actually provide the backbones of the infrastructures and the coffee buying process within the china area. Cos you need an actual wholesale deliverable system in place and QA those. USA is so close to the South American coffee beans, they could leverage that aspect, to be the middle man for China ? Then if China uses their petrol of energy for other purses and allow USA to use their petrol for the supply chains into the China area direct from South America. Then this is win win. Also if Pacific Coffee actually focus on leveraging some of the British insurances or pension type of products within China as well. So each time you do see actually by buying an expensive coffee, you contribute a small section of some kind of medical healthcare checks or free checks. Whether for yourself or for your family etc. I don't see what is the point to always "compete directly"...

Cos there used to be just banks. The whole stock brokering, didn't have this high level.... and as so intensely... so... It isn't as actually THAT odd or weird... so.... This is why there were small local banks. And then those small banks, would always take those old notes back, or to recall them etc etc. And then they destroy it etc etc. So this is why some odd people,. "bought them"... and then "used them abroad"... and basically created an oversea's branch. Maybe THIS is why... lol.... Some people thought that, from "no overseas' banks" to suddenly lots of overseas' branches... and therefore... also... did anchored other countries' currencies.. but now... Well..... This is why it feels like SO many currencies are globally so much.

Those stuff seems to be imported goods. They look expensive. Mango, or those branded European shampoos... or.... imported nuts from Africa.... But eating local greens... then.... Surely it's cheaper ?... So.... If luxury items are no longer there, or that... houses are not there either then... Well those imported goods would rely on petrol. .. so.... luxury items have dropped in value ? Same as the cars? lol.... And housing? That is because it is from subsidies from the government. lol....   29. It's a fake statistic.. cos in the rural areas... those ethnic minority groups are also allowed to have as many kids as they want too. So there is back up. Plus... they have been receiving benefits as well... and supplements each time they have a child etc etc etc.. And the migrants are allowed to go to urban cities to work etc etc etc... So... This is why, they can afford to change a policy and flip the switch over in their calculations.

  32. Are you saying that the Central Banks of the respective countries... do not and is not able to "count" how many currency they printed? This situation is basically telling us..."The Central Bank of country A... has printed N. Yet... globally... There are around N+1 in the entire globe." How is THAT possible, then ? N+1 ? Where did the 1 came from ? Inflation ? LOL..... It is more like N+ 50 more like ! Not +1. Jesus Christ.... and even if you are going to make "extra money" from those central banks... or that your reserve is high... Shouldn't you have the courtesy to tell that foreign bank that your amount is a little bit wrong? Or to even tell that Embassy of that country, is at least a courtesy... !!!!!

Cos there are older petrol and steam trains inside the PRC. They are still running apparently. Mostly from rural areas to the urban areas. This is why they took advantage of this and just blew it big and created so many. I learn so much about the country from this channel. It's odd.. I never knew this was how the PRC is.

On the reverse side, these developers, raise capital from the banks, and then they continuously make bank runs.. and that is why, they WANT to become capitalists, they assume that they are capitalists.... but they are not. Cos the banks doesn't connect back to the people ? So it means that, these people basically gets tortured. And those with those money, raised from the banks, they hoard that budget, and it doesn't get fizzled back down to the poor either. So it basically spells that... their monetary system is basically broken. Who the hell hoards cash in their own home ????? He acts like an Imperialists, than a capitalists, or as an communist. Even worst than before the previous dynasties.... (And I bet that, the old dynasties never told them the secret sauce of how things worked..... That is why.) In the past dynasties, if you did work, or helped do work, then you would get money, to the civil servants, and those civils servants basically build and gives back as well... and continue to use that money to build the society's civic buildings.... Is this the "OEM model" which China advocates a lot, and it goes into every single sector of theirs ??? From tech to buildings ???? These people are not stupid. Cos lands are only owned for like 70 years. So maybe many people think "it is not worth building it so well, cos it will be gone in 70 years".... That is the mentality, and I am sure that many people know this too. Some buildings will stay, and those are possibly in tier 1 cities already....

  41. If you listened to the video, the guy said... "The Chinese USED TO" have around 20 to 30 % savings.... What happened is that, china joined the WTO... As well as.... Leaving behind the silver tie.. and switched to gold as well. Globally, the world worked because different countries pegged themselves to different metals of exchanges, so therefore... The "exchange rates" were based on the different currencies. And those currencies used different blends of metal to make. The stupidity is that even if china had to trade, it didn't have to open up completely and follow a "like for like" against other countries ... China can reform. They could reform their banks. Create more of different types and get to be right. Dump the so called "common prosperity" notion and use a "family but in different location" , or whatever...since a hukuo concept could stay and be stuck to. Then... And don't let AI run wild, but have a human to coordinate and overwrite any possible mistakes. So.... Hukuo used to reflect a clan. A clan reflects generation wealth.

I remember in 1998... my mobile phone... some components from china... 300 pounds... equals to around 500,000 yuans... And at that time. There was currency controls.. and regional banks as well.. and different types of banks for different purposes.. not like now !!!..... All merged and confused into one. No wonder those elites have around 28 billion US dollars.. This is a fake number. Cos this cannot be a real number at all ? I bet nobody kept the accounting books, have they ? Literally none.   45. It's because they couldn't figure it out. And with the addition of technology. It can kill and make themselves faster. As in... they could live through at least several cycles.. even before some of the Western countries lived through one cycle. So... like, in Germany, people still have like 100 year mortgages. Even here in the UK, it was around a good 20 to 30 years mortgages. And even before that... People could indeed pay off their houses. But most people did not buy it... and when banks introduced mapping rates... Well.. you need to remember that, the UK had to go through a decimalisation before... to stop any crashes. CHINA... have experienced this many many MANY times before.... i.e. They went through the collapse of the yuan before. So.... Why can't they have issued those autonomous region their own currencies, say ? And then have an actual exchange that raises the figures and do swaps, without impacting other regions or provinces?.... I mean... there are so many methods to a stable society. But they always take the least acceptable one. Why ?

  46. It's not going to do anything, cos lots of stupid SE Asians.. trying to make a quick buck, would import these nasty junks.. I know, cos my ex boss does things like that..."but it was cheap"... yeh... and she is Malaysian... along with her boss... "but those stocks are going to go off".... (and they do it for a reason)... "but we are going to open and expand into a super market" !.... (FFS !!!!!!! )..... The other thing is... even if you get some local stores, and to do things like that... most would have a stricter quality control as a chef as well. Wash and clean them, even before preparing them. My boss likes and love hiring teams that does no preparations... Why ? Cos they don't care. And those people doesn't care either. I saw one Indonesian... (who "hates us so much" ).... threw an entire fish.... into the washing bowl.. with soaps in them as well. And cos we told them... to the manager... instead of telling him off, and relearning... Well... the front of house got sacked instead. (But those people are hard working.... ) So then.... the next set of chefs.. would "give you extra in your next meal".... This is why I ended up in hospital twice, under two years.. I called the police. Nothing. I ... the entire team of doctors.. came to have a meal in the place that I worked. The fact that I didn't die... gives them a blessing... (I don't know if they filed an internal report or anything.) But some local checks happened after that across the entire board... People gets rotated... It is so disgusting that it is surreal.
