  1. The hiring comps don't like to hire older and jobless people. So there is a contradiction... They don't want to hire a young MBA to be rude to them etc. And yet they won't want a person who would try and ruin them by expansion either. So then it means that they will lose out as well by studying. In HK... There is now a lot of older workers going back to earn their degree in order to comply with their company policy to go up in management... so. And yet there's a.. well.. it's pointless because it's just babysitting then at this point in time. And everybody hires their friend's children etc... til people can't take it etc. Then they leave.
