So they have known this for a such a long long time, and yet... nobody did anything about it ??? Is this a joke ??? So is this why they the different buildings and flats that were sold away... were actually.... those possibly in flood areas then ? So they didn't fix the drainage system and those specific flats cannot be sold ???

@johndoh5182 : Ask yourself this question, "what happens during midnight?".... Normally, automated plants, and doors, and working industries happens during midnight. So where do you think the water came from ? You don't think that it came from the nearby nuclear plant's actual cooling water quantity ? Is this why Wuhan's region was cleared. And this was for releasing the Three Gorge's Dam for. In case it breaks it. And I didn't understand the need for building these dams when for years the country didn't need it. And yet it went ahead. So what makes use of dams? Hydro electricities of nuclear plant cooling. So which one is this one ???? And Guang Dong already has them.... from days of Thatcher.... and that was why Mao was sent abroad, wasn't he ? Cos he went to France. And what did France have back then ? Nuclear plants ! Which is the main energy resources that France relies on as well..... This is all starting to make sense now. Now I also get why... the entire country wants to build high rises... and why.. in the UK, we have been getting actual individuals like... those areas that might get flooded or evacuated. i.e. Sichuan. Or from Wuhan now... and why the French minister went into China to have a talk with Xi before... and this was captured on all chinese media and TV and broadcasted it globally as well. And that was in Canton. Not in HK. But in Shenzen. So they signed a deal to take on some of the nuclear plant's work ???? The water from the Three Gorge's cannot reach HK or that far. This is not possible.... so it means a local release of water. So where did the water came from ?

@jeenee_ : The Zhouzhou flooding is due to the Three Gorge's Dam release. But the HK one cannot be from that Dam when it is so far away? So then it means a local release somewhere. What is holding water? Is there a reservoir somewhere that deals with the nuclear plants close by or something of that nature ??? Cos how could any so called typhoon be THIS powerful ? (And yes, we know that SOME of the typhooons were actually man made as well. I am beginning to get why this is so. Was this not to "cool" other or various plants from overheating? Yes... china is a "humid" place.. but how could it have risen up for so long ? When I was a child, the hottest was around a mere 30 degree C. So how could it now be around 40 C ?? Where did the heat comes from, if it is NOT from actual nuclear plants that is not actually cooled enough ???? ) This must be a local dam from somewhere... Cos the force of it is so strong, you could do an estimation of how fast, the velocities, in relation to the volume. You would know that is is local source... Basic GCSE Physics.

@Spamkromite : What ????..... Ohhh... I bet that this is actually not a flooding, and the fact that this is from an actual "dam"... I bet this is some kind of actual water.. from the nearby cooling reservoirs or something as well. From their nuclear plants. Ohhh..... Is this why the crap plant idiots... in HK tried to always "gun" for the education system, which is making them into fat cats ??? Instead of solving the nuclear issue here instead ????

@nightowldickson : The video stated that Shenzen's dam was discharged overnight..... So... that can explain the NT side of things. But for the HK island side of things. Well... was there an actual typhoon? Also, why does it all happen at the exact SAME time as well ? Does this have anything to do with that so called underground missile tunnel near the actual Hainan area ? Why does so random typhoon happens ALL of the time ???

This is why HK built high rises.... and why they have drones, and balconies. For so called "basic food deliveries" in case you are trapped etc. That is why they were celebrating things as well... about drones. But yet, I don't see food deliveries being done this way yet.

@mdb45424 : When is the best time to cover your ass ?? During chaos... so that then you don't get demoted ! Very coy method to save yourself and from being sacked, isn't it ?
