This is not true, the way it is perceived. So basically the original dwellers were the actual dynastic families. So who were "renting" these once it was given back ? These people who were given back.. were, and should actually BE... not the original descendents... So the rentals... if those buildings were not claimed by the original families, and are rented to migrants from another province, those specific amounts should go to the states... Isn't this how it should be read ?? So who were allowed to move in ? I hope that they got this correct when trying to implement the policies...
