  1. The Chinese characters...for "Huawei"... Means... "Because of the overseas' Chinese"... and if you read some texts or articles... The leaders inside china.. assumes that, the overseas Chinese.. are the mixed race diaspora now.. in the USA. In Europe.. etc etc etc. and that, you too.. are an extension of their family. Hence, they won't let go of any relationships or trade. Because they assume that even by merely suggesting and doing this, you want to give them more concessions.
