  2. Because they did the worst thing and created these stupid technology price tags, so they buy in real time.... Lol.... So when the shipment arrives, the entire lot sank. As they presume that is how it works, but that isn't what happens in most countries. They hold back... Or shield away stocks. So it says a healthy balance. That is why you have the commodities market.... To steady the prices. That is democracies. This is why you have ERP too. You could see sell by dates etc.
