  1. And because of this... The world became an actual "free for all grab".... I.e. the previous generations' overseas Chinese. Their hard earned money. Gone. Bank of China.. the funding that was set up by Taiwanese and some Cantonese. Those fundings. Gone. I've seen quite a few actual black individuals sitting on top of those banks. Feeding into Africa. But then Africa had direct drop shot money for.. since the 1970s.... A lot of these kinds of scammers. They resell used junk back to the previous generation ? Using those "donation /aid" money. They don't pay taxes in their home country. They don't know when to stop ? Cos why they've never had to pay taxes before...that is why each time, Pakistan or India... Their government asks for taxes. They revolt. They revolt by having more kids. Sorry. They take it out on those kids. Cos they want to remain poor..... Therefore in control of that UN and WHO budgets....
