  2.  @1powerequalsgod  : They should've done a split like Korea did... North and South... and then lock it down strictly.. so that, it can have some kind of leverage. And there doesn't need actual money if you work to a commune way. Cos life was like that before... and then deleverage or help control the capitalistic side... Things worked well when HK was the leverage for the commonwealth... and it was people who ran off with its model really. Didn't think that the whole "opening up" (without control) would end up here. And they seemed to have followed some of UK's advice which isn't and doesn't work with them... at all... so this is the eventual effect... Which is absolutely crazy. Crazy to the core !!!!

  3. Some of the autonomous region didn't have to be loaded with debts... so why are they saying that Guizhou has so much debts for ? It's always been a little sustainable place. You live off the land etc.

  4.  @ClementeUsonTorner  : Even though it is free.. it is similar to the UK's... it has money and it comes from your actual... taxes or from central government. So the route goes like this... personal taxes.. > central government > local government > local hospital.... And then, different local and regions can ask for different amount. Maybe it is this kind of distribution is quite unequal....
