  1. Did you not listen to what she stated? She stated that the housings are built as speculative futures... so they are futures contracts kind of similar to the US' company's futures etc.... So.... Just that their items and commodities are different to the USA ones. So..... How odd.... I never knew that... but interesting never the less.

I could've afforded that back then ! OMG.... Wow.... 19 cities? OMG.... I had no idea ! ..... 157 for Guang Dong ? OMG.... They are building housings' as futures?.... Ohhh..... Huh ?... So instead of commodities, and raw materials... China uses housing as commodities ?....And also things like mooncakes.. cos it is regular? Ohhhh.... I had no idea....
