  3. The developers didn't have a local strategy in mind. They only had a national strategy for their own companies only ... Cos if they built only a small part. Then they can refinance or merge, or whatever...

  4. What are the price ranges ? .. I think the issue is that, there's a conflict of interests, isn't there ? So you're the bank that finances the hotel and you're also the employee that spends there too. It's kind of not what you expect the market to be.... Shouldn't build as many. Or to cut back some of the domestic places, and allow shared ownership of some hotels instead... Create another product, and list it or spin off into a small market cap exchange or whatever. In the UK, it's common to have both large and small companies. Two exchanges. Internal and external.
