Because their own internal market crashed.... and that they have some kind of contracts. .. held.. in or at UN level.. so therefore, they are applying a UN level situation into local, or regional level situation... That is why... They are now saying things like..."these are family money"... than it is a case of "this is a company and corporation money"... THAT is what is going on....

  2. That is not what they are saying... basically, they are assuming and implying that, these kind of "situations needs to be resolved"... before one could leave. They basically means that, they WANT... THOSE individuals... to turn around the situation.. Than anything else. But then again, this can cause a gatecrash... or a car crash... Actually. This is why it needed to turn around to become political restructured, but they didn't do this. And doesn't want to do this... so... This is crazy.

  3. Implementing export control is fine and dandy.. but does those companies KNOW how to implement it !?!?!?!?!..... Do they READ journals.. and FOLLOW proper standardised protocols ?!?!?!... And guard THOSE to be done and to be used ?!?!?!...... If they allowed HK to become a genuine old style currency exchange, whereby the entire globa is trusting that.. Do you think that we would see what we see today ??? No. You don't. Not allowing the dollar or the euro out, does not mean that you cannot let the travellers out... or the people out... So...

  4.  @mikestewart4752  : They have reached singularity, is why... i.e. One mobile phone, used for both insurance purposes, used for hacking purposes, used for fin tech.. money, and then for ... various other purposes etc etc etc.. And then those hackers, are the same as the risk managers... and are the same as everything and every one else... And this is why, the entire world is stuck inside China. I bet you... soon.. people shall starve... and then they won't have access to food.. or to water... or anything else.... 1.4 billion people... Many cannot get their credit records back on track. What do you think is going on ???....
