No wonder PWC went down... people move money so fast... and much faster, than planned.. And I bet that, they make last minute changes... and upset a lot of things as well.... Rather than to lock down things. So.... by the time they built things, the condition has changed ?..... And people moved on.... And nobody wants to stay to pay the bills...
