  1. World Bank went in there, cos part of chinas money went into the USA to help build up their economy. So then, china tend to follow that UN or the World Bank definition. Hence they base it around by gdps.. which is not very usual.. cos in Europe. We don't connect to the UN. We pay taxes, and we have to live within our means. Everybody talks about the GDPs, and when it is overlapping with loses etc.
