  1. Farmers ? Like the Guangxi farmers that killed millions and forced back that boundary line from northern rules ? They have food, the rice fields. The armies to protect themselves. In case anybody disturbs their home. What does it achieve for more people to run and enter those regions ????.... Reality ? They're their own ruling mini countries. Even if they sell items amongst themselves. They're only doing it internally as an internal group. Do Xi want to break them up to equalise the wealth ???....
