Oh my God.... so these delegates are not educated elites? Is this why so many educated citizens and students are ultra unhappy ? The reason why PRC pumped up is because they joined the WTO. But in doing so... there is now a big risk... it was not ready to begin with, and maybe they saw the foreign money as a good thing. But this is a bad thing. Cos it invites various other actual... issues, which I don't think that China could handle either. THIS is always the problem.

They basically see the market as a bank? They pump it, and then those state enterprises grabs it.... So it means that specific line... of that foreign guy who said..."don't flash your money about", is an extremely sarcastic one. Cos they get the wealth each time the money is pumped. But it does utter damage globally. Cos all across the world, their currencies are connected to the China's economy and their stock market? It means life and death in other countries. Since they joined the WTO. And yet, they expect foreign tourists to enter and then to spend the money? So how come they dont spend the money then ? Oh.. they did before, and yet, they call it the "corruption" according to Singapore. So SG's voice is louder than the rest of the global world's stock markets? Which ALL of OUR... savings and pensions are connected to it ?!?!!!? I AM SO MAD !!!!..... It basically means..."they live, I die"...

@ralphanthonyespos9417 : They're doing that thing like.. when somebody speaks English.. and then they add one or two latin phrases in there. So he is speaking Mandarin.. but added some regional pronunciation etc etc. They deliberately miswrote the chinese characters to mean something else, despite his pronunciation means what he means. So it looks like a different meaning. He's playing with his phrases.... That is why the education budget is cut. Maybe they expect some people to stay in those civil servant jobs anyway. And others, might be threatening their jobs, so then they cut it anyway. And others... other education are nonsensical and doesn't do anything anyway ?.... (Which is true. It is bad. lol. ) And his play on his words and phrases, and the different pronunciation means.."those who understood him, would be an educated chinese elites, cos you know the differences between all regions and the history of the country"... basically....

@neilmcdougall4927 : You need to know when they are beign nasty and cussing.. but uses their tones and pronunciation in a different dialect to do it.. That is something which is not being picked up here at all. Like, when somebody calls you a Dick. Which often happens in HK.. etc.. And they are basically fighting, but you wouldn't be able to pick that one up at all, right ? And when they make different references to the different period of time and the different dynasties.. etc etc.. And the histories of those wars and those fights.. I don't think you would be able to get it.. at all...

@pennycandyys : They should've been left to do their own thing, and not to join the WTO. I bet the joining of the WTO was to promote some regional elites to the central government seats or something of that nature... This is not on.
