  2. You need to know that they do this to boost their own local government GDP. This bumps a certain individual into the central government seats.... Then when some people find out about this. They try to kick these people out of their towns. Hence why the label "triads".....exists.... And a lot of "perception" cheats.... And then scams. Lol.
