  1. Is this even legal ? Also.... they are advertising this, but this is a misnomer.. because how do you know that if the loan is not from the public allocation ???.... Rather than a private loan. Cos they basically want their own regional GDP to rise... that is what is going on, isn't it ? Or to stop some people from being jailed or something of that nature....

  2. This is the so called "new" reverse marketing techniques.... using the word "free"... so that it trigger your attentions... and then... basically you are buying bad debts. That is why. Obviously it must have worked somewhere... or other... and not all locations... but hey....
