  1. Why would your salary ever go up Andy ? We joined Europe... and we decentralised our banks... and asset stripped them. There is no more international banking, the kind that we used to be able to do any more. This is gone. Those days are gone. When each European countries dealt with their own budgets and things, and only gave "excess to the central european pot", then sure.. this made sense. But that is not what went on... or decided.

  2. It can be possible with 10 minutes... but then it means that you need a super strong receptionist and a very savvy one at that as well. Who kind of has some kind of ideas about medical care and conditions as well anyway. And then they have to schedule some spaces as well inbetween appointments. So that the doctor can indeed have a mental moment to absorb the record and the details. And the receptionist should've taken all of the details down, even before they are seen... so then the GP then does real life diagnostic check, to reaffirm what the receptionist took down. As well as cross referencing the medical record too... If they did that, then sure... 10 mins can be possible. But if you don't have a team player.. or somebody who doesn't really tell the truth or speak much, or the patient is not very educated or knowledgable... Well.. then.. doesn't matter how much time you have.. you won't get what you need. The thing which grates me about the UK in general is also that... who isn't that educated? We now have university degree... or even some could be ex doctors doing menial jobs. So that they are aware of what is what and why.... If we don't have a skilled educational force anyway, do you think that the country could have this kind of decentralised model !?!?!?!!!! I super don't think so !

  3.  @Michael-ns1ey  : Maybe a group of GPs split off... have the clinics to themselves.. as someone suggested.. i.e. Empty spaces.. instead of a central authority to move people around and use existing spaces.. and use the old locum style. They are now using apps... a middle man.. to "sell" back to the NHS or something like that... for their service... That is what, I bet is the NHS model.. or is going on. Cos how else can you keep the people happy ? Isn't this why there is now a "central NHS Business Function" organisation or other ? They are basically reshuffling debts around, that is what. And I bet that those clinics took out big loans.. and need paying off !!!

  5. GP = General Practitioners. (GP)... aka "Family Doctor"... Your registered family doctor.. is supposed to keep all of your health records. Even if you have been to the hospitals.. Your GP should indeed also get a record AS well.... and they should keep this as well. Nobody else should get your records, at all !! And also NOT be sold abroad. Definitely NOT !!!! Your NHS is paid for, via your NI taxation.. it should come from that pot of money. And also, they increased the prescription fees as well... So it should also cover this too. Each time you see a doctor. it isn't free from point of care any more. It is paid from the prescription fees as well. We don't have any other fees per se.... but yes, so it isn't totally free. Not really. Once you understand how the taxation part works.. It is not free. So for a foreigner living in the UK.. who doesn't pay taxes.. Or rather, they can pay taxes, but it is claimable. You can claim back the taxes that you paid into the UK... Especially if the UK has a deal with your own government. Then you only pay for what you need. So then, it seems "equal" in that sense. It isn't an insurance model. Though we can have separate insurances as well.... but it does not make any difference... Cos they are money paid each time !!!

  7. This is a democracy... We have a say in how we change the model. If the state indirectly forces you to close your private business. Then you need to close. The contracts could be removed. Money is just a tool in the UK. Don't see this in a personal way but get with the factual situation first and foremost !... It's like running a family budget. There is always a need and people are allowed to move around the entire country. It's a 69 million existence after all... But the thing is. Once you decide to connect yourself to the UK system.. then it mean taxes. And your possibility to run a clinic. Or that you chose to open a sub branch or freelance. This is the reality. People are only speaking of what they know of the dynamic situation. It can change asap by tomorrow. This is how life is in the UK.

  8. When I look, or that I take a step backwards and look.... I could see those of us.. some older than I was... and when I see their skins.. and their faces.. and their body structures. They never looked like they have been malnourished at all? And also don't have as complex a genetic issue either. And yet, when I see the situation now, with some of the kids.. They look more and more deformed.. or was deformed during the carriage stages... and just... We used to have a good maternity health provision. Where did that go ????.... By that, I mean pragmatic decisions too.. like whether to have a health baby or not...

  10. Many of the cases of bad teeths are also migrants or refugees as well. I really don't think that they cared for themselves or that they would have a healthcare system in place anyway ? Not necessarily the UK's citizens... So don't netizens dare to accuse the locals of bad ill. I haven't seen a dentist in at least 15 years... I look after my teeth as best as I could. I probably have some plagues and need a clean. I didn't go for the back teeth extraction that I was supposed to since my childhood days... I'm now into my 40s. Lots of people don't use the NHS. And because of the gaps as well.. this is why it has privatised to hold onto the talents too. Right now... It's a case of people won't merge or renationalised it back... So...

I mean, if it was not for the Americans to intervene and snubbed him out and to give him dignity... Same with the Denmark's PM as well.... Of which often and sometimes they take in private patients too. Right now where I reside. I bet that the health care provision of the refugees are dealt with the outsourced contracts and the money comes from an external pot or other.... And then the UK government is receiving it via either the EU fund or some kind of international fund or other....

  14. Don't listen to her rants... That is because the government can only control the parts that is the public sector. For those that is part of the private sector. She has no control over this. This is the point. Why would she be able to control that? It is not her responsibility. Yes, NHS Scotland is separated from NHS England. So they run their own budget. Maybe there is something else going on as well.. and this is why their budgets look good. But on an operational level.. you can see what she is saying can't you ? It does not mean that underneath NHS Scotland is not both made up of private AND public model GPs and clinics. I bet there are.... Cos I know that even MacMillan nurses still exist too.

  15. Why blame the rest of us? The reality? The reality is that, the NHS is also fighting amongst themselves as well.. cos their staff has drag a section of the public work into private domains as well. So then.. they are jumping team basically. Jumping from Team A to Team B. That is as much as one can sum this up. At the same time. The rest of us.. who doesn't work in the sector no longer can play this kind of rich man game. It means that... There are more healthcare people, than there are people who are sick ?.... There is a lot of private eldery care homes too that is staying empty AS well... Which the insurance sector backs. I'm sure. Which nobody uses. And then a separate housing issue. And now, we have babies born malnourished and more deformed babies... But then those who are healthy aren't going to use the services... That is, if the figures are correct to begin with... When regions are devolved.. it means reduced number of people... That should tell you what is going on.

  16. There has been a lot of deaths. And when Britain owned the actual "national health" service... It is still a nationalised business? But because it went into the privatised hands. This is no longer a national service. And there had been a lot of people who went into the NHS and then forced back out again. So there are people actually. they just went abroad. And they left their own decisions made... There WAS a consultantion... amongst their own NHS staff as well. So don't assume that this was the people's decision.. There was internal decisions.. and some of those people came out and opened their own privatised business. Until they realised that there is also a saturation point too. i.e. Not enough private hospital care clients of customers to sustain the business. When this point came.... THEN... this is how they forged this "charity-based" model... And plus the people were making mistakes too.

  17. Despite there not been "enough every day clients"... Then they forced people to have "madantory programmes" just to prop them up. e.g. Continuous blood monitoring for diabetes. Or for weight loss... etc etc etc. People are looking for work... And they want us to always participate ? But why? Even then.. the government has done a lot. Like, there is a Sports England... So then the Sports England's sports services.. is also part of the NHS deals as well.... So you see.. it is FAR more complex than people assume the situation to be? Cos they get a LOT of fundings !!!

  18. It is time that Malaysia university have to close or take in their own people. If you do not then... there should not be this many.. and when you enter into another country. What you are taught may not necessarily be useful for their situation or courses, ANY WAY..... So this is redundant ??...

  19. Fyi. You should not be allowed to work to begin with cos you don't qualify. Cos people like yourself is seen as cheap labour costs without pension payments. What happened is that it went down the private route. Some of these so called business owners doesn't know that they cannot recruit people like you any more. Cos Malaysia is no longer part of the British commonwealth countries ? So therefore by right.. they should recruit British citizens first. Then British commonwealth. Then EU. Cos it is a taxation piece between these countries and trades and groupings. This is not discrimination at all. Those universities should not sell you an idea... And not realise that they can't. Agents in Malaysia should also have taken notes too... Cos nobody prosecuted.. this is why it is a mess. Even if you know somebody that had before. It was because of their ancestor's being able to do so before. By right.. they.. you also should declare taxes properly to your own home country too etc.... Those doors closed as the world globalised.

  21.  @Ambrose136  : Well these people are odd.... cos we had specialists.. and we did have that. But the people moved on. So the info stays.. if we did it correctly.. then the major hospitals.. will now have an entire team.. left behind.... Cos every single pratty person assumes that it is just you. But in reality, a condition can be many things as well... as we are more educated now... the strategy to deal with a situation changes as well... A lot of people also do not dare to put pressures on the NHS... and even by taking contraceptives.. or even have abortions.. than to have further complications in life. Lots of people now though.. are forcing the NHS into their hands as well. Cos it "keeps them in a job"... There comes a point whereby you have to ask..."if this child was aborted at birth. Would they have spent at least 10-20 years of their lives on "hospital care" " ?.... How much do we love this child.. above and beyond the rest of the adults ?????.... We had that balance, once. And now we lost it all. Now it is a case of..."we must save every single person".... Now we don't even have enough food. Enough resources. Enough skills. Not enough of anything.

  22. Do not forget that we do have safety nets now. Like pharmacies deal with quite a bit of the old family GP work as well. Or the school nurses work too. So... And most of us know one nurse in our community for some advice and things. So... And now the NHS phone line as well to double check things which adds to the pharmacy back up as well. So it isn't all doom and gloom as the media portraits it as. I don't mind cos I do know what my options are where I reside. For that... I am happy enough. People just need to know where to go.. and not fret as much but keep focused. Where I am... There is a lot if very qualified individuals doing other work... So... Lots of scientists and trained individuals too. Not just like there is no back up.. even though many of us aren't in those sectors. Even my sister in law is a doctor but she works in a menial job. Cos she had her own business before but gave that up for now and can provide more self care for herself and her kid. Many communities are quite strong. They provide secondary driving provisions too.

  23. There was internal hire.. and then it was outsourced.. and then those outsourced contracts was meant to help the financial crashes as well.. That is why the government did it. And then.. now... those rates were misled and misused as well... and presumably miscalculated as well !!! ... Lots of people know this.... When you are not even audited by external accountants and things... There is a LOT of conflicts of interests here... And people do not even SAY so....

  24. I have no sympathy for Scotland after everything that they have done. They also bought out a lot of the English assets as well.. and then charged us quite high rentals... So why should England STILL pay back THIS much ?!!!!..... Where did the money go ?!.... The Westminster also did pay apparently... for the energy. London gave a lump sum for this energy crisis... and then resold it back to Scotland. I don't know whether this happened was due to the fact that we are in the EU... Now we see the political chaos and the mess for what it IS !!!!

  26.  @mydogeatspuke  : This is why we had devolution. Same where I am too. My GP is now asking "do you want to go to a hub"... e.g. One of THEIR clinics. This is all about the business, and it is ALL about them. Nothing about the citizen at all. NOthing about us. And yet, even one of my friend who was a retired NHS nurse. She gets the old type pension that is from the state. And then... her colleagues are now in this private setting. They now have a lot of loans... with so many so called "contracts or PPI".... that ends up with... so many of us, unaware of what is going on ??? She goes private. So.. basically, she is using not her own money. Her salary which came from the state's.. to give to her friends.. who now went to start their own companies.. and she is passing it onto them? SO... what about the rest of us, who is NOT a part of this tiny little business group then !?!?.... We're out in the cold ? And yet, the NI taxes, and all of those spends, STILL adds to the actual overall NHS pot as well. How is this possible !?....

  32. The doctors now are no longer tied to a single entity. They can be employed by the central government's NHS business authority xyz.. and then be seconded into different locations.. is my understanding. That is why they are specifically saying that "no longer salaried (by us)"... but then, it seems that her site is no longer actually being given the budgets either to bring in other sites and other spare locum people as well. WELL... Maybe they are NOT in the loop. lol.... Cos other regions have quite sophisticated sites now... and groupings... And of course, those people are both the politicians, as well as the health doctors as well.. Win Win !!! And the rest of us ? We don't and won't have a say !!!!

  35. The lockdown worked well.. cos EVERYBODY WENT ONLINE... and READ ALL OF THESE BS..... AND THE SAME NOTES ABOUT WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING ABOUT THEM AND TO THEIR FACES AND ABOUT THEIR WORK AS WELL. EVERYBODY DID IT.....!!!! I remember the first time I went onto FB.. and was shocked and horrified about the hatred that the masses had onto people that worked in IT. In that moment, my heart died..   36. Do you realise that, overseas' medic people don't even go to this kind of length for their studies? So many foreign students might "study".. but they are forcing like... our 2-10 years of "study" for themselves like under only around... 3 ot 5 years or so. Without practising. And without real life experiences. And also without... actual... internalisation going on as well ?.... Plus when it comes to their own medical care. They have a lot more people to do various things as well... collectively. All at the same time. And not as condensed as what we have here in the UK in general.

  37. It is also doubly unfair too in the sense that many a doctor were educated in the UK degree for free. That included the ex commonwealth bunch of people. The country did not recover back that money by them staying to work. Only for a situation like... They left for other commonwealth countries and went up the ladder more quickly there too. If you compare like for like in Japan. Their people stated and contributed and hence their skills and talents are indepth. So you cannot complain now. Especially to take your anger out onto the current needs of these patients. Or the elderly. The only way is to make a better choice. Since people are being so honest here. At least read and then decide whether this is for you etc. At some point, I imagine that reform will happen. But if you are young and want a more steady option then...

The integration of the EU has broken the uk and the British commonwealth apart. So now... those earlier on Brits... Trained.. are Brits.. are allowed to leave ? They should not be allowed to leave. We now, the whole of the UK is split.. in such a way that, it will integrate easily into the so called EU model. This is what they wanted to begin with any way. Right ? So Scotland when they had their own parliaments.. and their own budgets.. then it means that they have to manage the NHS Scotland budget, don't they ? So why ask for more from Westminister? This is no longer anyting to do with the rest of us. You chose that tie. You cut the ties. And anyway, isn't your universities.. truly have a back up plan any way? I would try and merge your universities with your hospitals.. like we had done in England !!! Cos well.. you cannot have everything. And I bet you that, those so called private healthcare people... Also no longer is able to get the staff otherwise either. Whether foreign or otherwise. So find an exit route then for your company..... So weird that, they loved it when the businesses were good.. but refuses to merge their businesses or to sell up.. when things got bad. This is what business is. Have to grow, and have to shrink. I mean, they were literally getting everything. But now.. with the further integration... UK has now broken. I know and did read that, many so called..."european educated medic" students. They try to run an entire A&E type hospital... ALL on their sodding own. And assume that this is "great and fantastic".... Well.. that doctor.. has actually made systemic (habitual errors, continuously)... he did like around a mega 3-5 operations... and around 3 of them I think it was.. he did the exact same mistake. Cos he was so tired. And yet, he was not struck off the list. If this was before the euro.. and before the integration of the EU. The UK government would've clamped down hard on them... Remember Harold Shipman's case ??.... Why should any doctors be let go... and make such big mistakes ??? Wasn't he jailed !?!?!.... Look at the world today... Why are people having more children ? Aren't family planning important any more !?!?!?!?!.... It SHOULD BE IMPORTANT !!!!!.... A couple should and can decide to abort !!!!... And a mother, SHOULD be able to actually.. decide on whether... she can have a healthy baby as well. And a mother, SHOULD be supported to actually.... have a beautiful baby to love for the rest of her life too !!!!!! People just don't think about the traumas as well....

So why should there be MORE people going up North any way ? Right ? And the rest of us in England is doing by.. and we're looking after families... and offering personal supports inbetween as well. EVEN when there is NO budgets !!!! This is the power of the people, even when we are poor !!!! Take that, Europe... European politics. Take THAT... privitisation... and sure.. you can recruit more and MORE people from other countries. Like they will care anyway ??? Insult people, and people tend to make choices. This is on top of people, opening their own clinics now as well.... So... Some of us paid in, and never got anything out. So... I paid into my local council's budgets and healthcare provision.. despite me being on the road, and never saw a GP in like 10 years. So how come I don't complain then ? Until I get to the worst situation... and then the media likes to play their sick game.. Straight away... the so called ...."devolution deals"... got their so called "30 million" funding to open a new sodding wing. By that, they mean, they got 30 million to payoff their previous debts... cos they expanded based on borrowed money. But using cases like mine as a scapegoat. We know such games... We know how these games are being played.

I don't know if you understood what the difference is between the two intrinsically. Cos if we are socialist.. and communist.. then it is top down state decided. But if we are not.. then it is each man for himself. We were each man for himself.. once.. cos of the commonwealth. And the increased shipping brought goods onto the UK shores... Even though dotted across Europe were also small family businesses too. But they never scaled. And it is when people's hard earned money, or goods are often asked to give away to somebody else... Then this is injustice ?... Cos you gave and you put in.. but you do not even take out ? Once you work inside local government.. or even central government... then you will see the flaws. Where it begins and where it closes. The European project cannot exist to begin with.. A lot of people did indeed tried to make it work... but it is not really worth it, to be honest. Cos now.. we have a situation of broken countries ? Literally.. the country is no more. The devolution of the UK is already reaching that too.This is how to "divide and conquer".. Some people, should not then to onto the other countries' political tiers.. but they do. Some of the Italian political people, once the old and ex-bankers from London... That should tell you what is going on. Conflicts of interests? A LOT.

Economists get a good education pension. They have double pensions. And they look over immigrants and migrants alike trying to keep them barely alive ? What is this ?....

  50. Some of them are not true records.. and maybe have been people that lived or used to live in Scotland, but they have moved away and onwards? So it is left on their record.. but in reality. This is an issue that the Scottish government NEEDS to deal with. i.e. Maybe archive them as well. But they don't. Cos they don't do this.. when they run a report.. How accurate is it really ? I was also on the road most of the time.. but I often DO actually go home to my registered GP. But how many people do this any way ? They don't. And if you read about on the comment about the lady in Cambridgeshire. Cambridgeshire only has around... a mere... 400k people. I know, cos I left there. I didn't change my registered GP at all.... I came back to Sheffield for my basic GP provision. I had a home and a house, and I also rented.. So now.. if you see how things are working out now... People from Europe.. could register and then leave.. but then they don't even actually.... reaffirm when they come back. They don't leave and sign an exit registration either. So how does this work then ? So the NHS is SUPPOSED to... actually.... what... continually keep their records always and put a burden on the local councils' budgets ??!?!!?!..... Why aren't they paid for then by their own European government's budgets !?!?!?!!!!..... Oh.. They don't HAVE the money ?! How rich !!!!! So the rest of us in the UK have to keep subbing the rest of Europe then ? Why was the euro introduced? How can a small country have the EXACT same standard as the entire larger block... and have THEIR wages RISE in exponentially.. and we lose out ??!?!!? And to be even SQUEEZED OUT !?!?!!.....
