  1. The landlord that has paid off the property is not depreciating their property accurately. So therefore their increase and their accounting is actually illegal though. So.... sure. Shop them in.

  3. He is right. Nobody lived in Blackpool. lol... And everybody "ran off" as well !!! That doesn't help. And everybody chases in London for jobs. But why do they need to do that, at all ? And it is time also that... companies set up "local office hubs" as well. But nobody is doing that, but why ??? It should. All it takes is for somebody to open a hub in Blackpool. Hire a business broadband line... and then let individuals, say Londoners... to work from home. (And to have a SINGLE friend or landlord in London for "emergency accomodation" on a needs by basis ?) .... Why are people playing this kind of losing game ? So these landlords says that, they need to up the prices whenever... and yet... they aren't running it like a business though. Cos if you are running it as a business, you can only run a hotel. Or an actual B&B.... and even that itself has its own regulations. So how come they don't run it as an actual B&B.. and then have these individuals be protected in all aspect ???
