  1. If they want to find a place. Don't use estate agents. Don't use those savvy apps. Ask around and amongst your friendship group first. Then aim at council websites. And go from there ? The rest.. are insane.. and they use ai to bump this up. Under council regulated places. They are regulated a lot more. Consider gumtrees. As well.
