Were the parents asked... "does your child have this coat?".... "Do you recognise any other children or kids in this photo?".... And THOSE actual questions should indeed be taken into literal part of the situation as well. As well as the actual child himself. Prove of where he was, and was not etc. If the juries are now conclusive.. or have strong conviction point. Normally, this kind of situation, should be adjourned... and thrown out of the court. And then a new jury... or very specific juries are asked ? (And by that, we mean to bring in somebody that have an analytical minds as well as quite emotional types. Both types of citizens needs to be part of this when they have the discussions.)
