So you want to create fake inflations and not be productive.. or to learn things the hard way ?..... These people are now doing "alien lives"... As in "5 months in country A. 7 months in country B." They do NOT want to stay and contribute. lol... And they don't !!! That is why the deficit exists ! Despite some qualifications are needing to actually be endorsed by the government ? But they don't care. Ripping off.. is correct....

  2. Some people need to have an actual qualification, in order to take out a loan.. I didn't even know that, they don't actually..... I didn't know that, they don't know that you needed to be IN the job FIRST.... as in CONTINUOUS jobs.. before the application could go ahead. And that you needed to actually ring up and ASK to double check and confirm !!! I didn't know that, people get the education here... and then go back to their own country and fill in a form, and then disappear from their own country. I mean... 1.4 billion people, is a lot... and they can't trace you, right ?.... So... What a mess !!! .....
