Cos this is now youtube (social media).. broadcasting old TV ( man-made journalism).... Cos how does people accept and recognise this? Many youngsters today... even from inside China as well.. Would not accept that, this is an old video.. or what happened to SE Asian countries. They do not even accept many things. If I did not have families in HK as well... and being British Cantonese.. I would not believe it either... I travelled back and forth between UK and HK during my early 20s.... And inbetween jobs as well... It is only in recent years did I literally stopped. Looked after my health.. and be with family.. and went online to read the news to find out what the h!ll is going on... I am not rewatching old TVB news and videos... and see what they were saying in 1980s and 1990s.... Now I get it. UK imported a lot of Thai produce as well over the years... Many of their rice products came into the UK... and many Cantonese/chinese stayed.. and this boosted their exports too... UK government controlled and expanded the supply-chains.... even though there were food production issue.. those companies in the earlier days in 1990 really took notice. They literally listened. Today... there is no way that you would be able to actually see any real news any more. Cos nobody would know what digital webpage or whatever.. is true or not.

Many villagers are also "sweet talked" into moving abroad and working like second class citizens as well... in order to "pay off" those new buildings as well. That is what went on in HK. And even today.. this still goes on now... Distract the villagers from the developers' bad intents.. and THEN... force them to sign and give up, using dirty tricks. And when you are gone from your own hometown... then land grabs happen. This is what went on in HK for a long long long time.. as well... and this is why the Shenzen regions and areas are now the same too. Especially those prominent regions that says that they have legitimacies against the government. All evidences are most typically destroyed...

India is the exact opposite and it's worst. Lol. They make more money than they do research. Cos it's so cheap to do research. Whereas it's expensive in Germany, cos you need to be strict and strategic with your money ?....

Using SAP instead of an accounting firm... It is also because people don't treat money, as if it IS a finite resource. Which they SHOULD treat it as a finite resource. This is also another problem as well. So most economy has to be a kind of circular economy as well. So the money goes round and you know where you stand. It is when you keep crossing over... and making those money leaving the central banks and never seeing them come back into that same central bank, which is starting to create problems. Cos when globalisation happened.. a LOT of new branches basically were opened.. and frankly.. did that bank have that much money? They probably don't. So creating a new branch just to catch those region's economic activities is like.... Well... there's a mishap isn't there?

They are doing this deliberately for a purpose. More like trying to incubate the marketing tech and sectors. Hence why you are watching this show now.... Because these regions are bankrupt. and rely on borrowing from banks.. and banks can only lend, when there is a building to lend against. They don't somehow lend, when there are no actual buildings or assets to lend against. If you see the Japanese model.. what they did is that, their assets.. the companies.. pooled together their resources, and gave that to the bank, and then the bank relend back their profits back to them. And therefore the employee's salaries come from that instead.. and then they create what you call a "keiretsu "... In a way, it is like a cooperatives, but it is not a cooperatives.. but it is listed as a parent company.... and that the major bank basically back their jobs and salaries.. and then the employees can also be shareholders as well etc. Why are chinese lives seen as so cheap ????? The man even has the LAND DEEDS !!!! No banks across the globe, would refute their land's deeds !!! FFS !!!!! Those deeds are then kept in the safe.. and then the man can always refer back to that safe for safe keeping etc. I don't even understand this kind of weird "liberalisation" BS that is peddled by the US and that the PRC kind of swallows up. ALL these kind of deeds in Europe are all kept. As well as in Japan as well. Those are all kept. So what the heck is wrong with this chinese way ?

I want to write this explicitly for our Western readers. Some of these so called "villages" and "communities". They used to be IMPERIAL LAND !!!!! FFS !!!! Why is this happening to China !!!! And what the heck is wrong with people, or the local governments, trying to merge and consolidate regions ?!.... Just because some people are not revered.. This is absolutely crazy. If you lived somewhere for SIX GENERATIONS... It means that, you are that region's descendents... !!!! F!ck.... To reverse the "legality" of this law.. we want Taiwan, the Nationalists.. to TAKE BACK that central government's lands, that BELONGED to genuine Chinese !!! And let there BE A lineage and family tree trace AS well !! Who the f!cking heck was Mao ? He doesn't even come from Canton ! And nor are Ming's descendents "!! He can go to xyz !

What this "architecture lecturer" have NOT said is that... these "collective groups of male villagers", are often of the same family name. In the UK, the Lord and gentries inherit their lands. They continue to own generation to generation and pass their land and their titles onwards. What china should've done is to give these groups of people a SEAT at the table in the local provincial government. That is what they SHOULD do. Cos they do this in the Japanese model. And they also do this as well in the UK. The Lords and the Gentries.. SIT in the central government position ! So why shouldn't these collective groups of "imperial villagers" cannot voice their opinions ? If this was not important, then would they not SAY ? They are NOT "collective" as in a communal way, these people are the descendents of the old Imperial China ! Which makes them actual land and lords, of the old chinese imperial system ! HOW can their fortunes by like this ?! No countries with Royal family trees... would end up this way !

@sunmanyi3265 : Because this TV media channel is misrepresenting the situation ? And because it is under the assumption that ALL land, are state's lands... It means that some people can be bullied, out of their inherited land. Now...if Taiwan does go to war with the PRC. I shall not be surprised... Really not surprised. And these two entities are NOT actually a civil war. The sales of chinese goods in the West has increased their GDPs, so much so that, those who controls the money, not also controls the politics too. And I am sure that wasn't even the issue a little while back....

I think the letter is an actual letter which states that, she does not agree to the demolition. It is a signed letter.... to be against the decision. It is not a consent letter.

@winonayap2137 : That is why you befriend the librarian.. cos often, they know more about the research more than you assume they do ... And they can make recommendations. Or curate a set of papers, to guide you along. If you can't even past the librarian,then don't expect to past your supervisor, never mind the directors. Cos you're just going to deviate from that. Older universities used to be like that. Everybody within the university used to or had their papers published. Then they go onto other job roles within the university. Nepo ? Or maintaining focus ?
