  1. It's one of those things isn't it ? We can as bystanders, see this, through our TV or media... but the film maker stated it properly. This is the work since the 2000s... so it means that, this structure took around 20 years to make. It took 20 years of different people to make.... and to document, and to perfect... etc etc etc... In order to make it work. If social media did not exists.... I dare say that such sites, would've been taken apart ages ago... and would not have advanced to the state that it is today... and to get the people to buy in. And buy in, often only if you involve people... So.... And often. You need to continually get buy ins...

  2. But you won't get a foot in the door though. As often.. as these kind of things are normally with a lot of gatekeepers... and that is why organisations like WISE exists.. but then you're in a position that is nothing but merely.. .actually.... to support women in science as well.. To get them involved. But then again... often, this is berated by most of society as well. Chicken and egg.
