@NekoNebula1313 : Italy is a special case, cos it's an imperial Kingdom. You can live and work here in Italy, if you are an American. You just need to renew your visa. But it's not a "right" or a "perogative" though... If you work in a church and are a Catholic or a Christian, most would tie back to Italy... So... You can always go to Italy for holidays. Nothing to stop you. Just can't settle or vote. Voting that decides on the longevity or the direction of the society. That isn't allowed.
