The code can only be written by those who had access to an actual similar set of nuclear plants. So ask yourself this question, how come the security guy is a Taiwanese ?... And now Taiwan is in conflict with the CCP. What the journalist stated was that it was "customised". They basically hard coded the names of the reactors etc. Into the codes itself. Now, who would have access to the names of those reactors ? They cannot be the same set of people... And it's weird that the Taiwanese guy could write that piece as well... Unless he has touched it created similar softwares before to demo that. That was from 2016... ?.... So he had access to malware that manipulated the plc of a nuclear plant. I bet Symantec got lots of contracts after that....

Well... the same thing as well... for those issues in HK... Cos they weren't Cantonese, that were from there.. either ! Some were actually Eurasians.. and some were mixed race Germans. mixed race... Hungarians.. mixed race.. Russians.. which I didn't even know. Many were mixed race Spaniards..... I could go on... I just was very surprised. This is why in the USA.. people love that name..."asians"... and now,... people would run off to Indonesia.. to Thailand.. to Vietnam... and even Philippines... etc etc etc. But you guys all lumped them as a single race.

@EBO47 : The only reason why everybody is at risk is because there are new actual satelites shot upwards into the world. And that is why everybody is at risk. "They have it, so why can't I?"..... "I want one too !"..... But with power, comes responsibilities. And not many people knows or accepts the responsibilities that comes with it....

Noticed why many are now YouTubers filming those who can't afford the equipment to film ?..? These people are in a room with even more expensive equipments.... I have met so many of these types of people. They assume that they create locked down muni societies.... They hide from one another until someone else roots out them. Or others would act to shield the info or crime.

I hope he finds an English speaking church in Seoul asap.. if it even to give him some hope back. This kind of isolation is really not for anyone. The man has a family.... regardless of what happened to him during his childhood, he had a chance to have a life. Let him have a life. He needs a network in Seoul... and isn't there any English speaking NGOs that can help his situation out ??? He needs to find the expat crowd as well... or to ask around in universities and things for international students. The man needs to find a way out of either South Korea, or to bring his family to be with him. This is so bad...

Everything is now in a cloud based situation, which is even worse, cos those have been hacked by china already... So... It forces people to use something else. Hence why now data laws are not even managing to stop the individuals. I.e. the war in Russia, in Israel.... It forces most people to use gadgets that are of the same grade as the current warring scenes...

It depends on how you see it. Microsoft is not strong on infosec. They are just big and a lot of well paid people and are in different countries, so therefore there is no need to hack. Since they can see it anyway. Lol.... Just that they don't tell you about it.. when they need to then they will create a new product to get their money. Why do you think that is any different than the Sony model ? Microsoft just have more fingers in many pies, and gave a share to other shareholders. So..... You don't hack your own equipment do you ? You own the darn thing.
