And what you are quoting is actually international UN level laws.. and we DO question whether HK should or should not be a part of the UN level, when in reality, it had its own governance, and that should stick. Just cos there were SOME UN level work being carried out inside HK, does NOT mean that, it has to utilise this high level activities as well.... That is absolutely BS !!!!! You're using a whopping great big stone to push and to destroy what was also there before. If you are going to quote.. then quote back to the laws, that existed in HK, under Qing dynasties... Shouldn't that actually BE applied here? Since it has to have the actual so called "Human Rights Act" (including indigenous laws, and various other forms, before the creation of the UN, and the Human Rights Act covers those aspect as well. Which was the Tang Code.... ).... Is it cos you don't want local Imperial laws, to exist, such that, he has to sit in jail now ? In my opinion, that should be enacted instead... (And if that is as so, and AS such.... then it implies that Vietnam... where Mr Lai.. herald from.... is literally.... If anything, his ancestry, he should be forgiven by what his ancestors have gone as well.)

Even if the British tier, and the British layer, doesn't exist, it does not mean that there wasn't the Chinese law layers as well.. and by that, we don't mean the current basic laws, or the PRC laws.. It is the Qing dynasty's laws, that was based on the old Tang dynasties as well.... And as such, why should he literally be jailed ? Cos he can't. Sino-Joint Declaration was a mere piece of document, at the UN level.. does not mean that, HK didn't and doesn't have its own local laws as well... !!!! What do people think has been happening then before? Don't tell me that. Just cos post 97... there had been some changes, such that, people are literally now bastardising the entire city.. and taking it down a certain trajectory here.

  3.  @HahaWong-eo4xh  : Chi sin !!!! Britain had HK around 1897....And it was for 100 years. The Joint Sino-Declaration was a new and a replacement of the older treaties. And the thing is.. the PRC.. Did not even exists... so you are wrong.. to imply that, you think the current "State Council" is everything.... This is BS !!!!..... PRC only exists around 1945... and because the USA has misunderstood, what is meant by "one country, two systems" as well.. and the fact that, in Chinese histories, there actually were the Three Kingdom too. So then it means what... China, Korea, and Japan... The three ultimate Kingdom.. Which... If the current situation is being placed and put at risk... you know what is going to happen, don't you ? And the so called "PRC" did not even exists.. and has no place.. in Chinese history at all. Cos the Qing dynasty... is not even long gone, yet... and you don't even realise that.. this period.. can go back to those times... Cos it still does indeed exists. You are asking for genuine war, this time round.

They've been careful not to add extra details here, and I bet you she isn't going to do so either... but based on the reporting, she just reported the feelings of the people, and not the details of the case... or why etc.... So... And she is "quoting" and referencing, and not literally discussing the situation. If you noticed, it is the lady that spoke about freedom.. and let you imagine the rest, and not to say what they did or didn't do etc. So... The reality is that, people doesn't know. And maybe some areas, are indeed should indeed be known... (but it cannot be posted online).... (cos at the same time, the PRC recently enacted their own data laws as well. So..... )... But this is kind of BS as well.. Cos some of those kind of thing and analytics, and broadcasting, they don't have a foot to stand on.. Cos they are misconstruing everything here... Thanks to those stupid mobile phones etc. And not everyone in HK is aware of how to broadcast any more, since the global arena, is not public, but they are part of very private companies. So... why post and leak it to other countries, basically ?
