It is because they treat it like it is a local security bureau. But don't realise it accepts that its function as a special economic zone has a lot of different laws. Including those ones that are global relationships. But... This is the issue as well... Cos other countries aren't abiding by that, even. They don't care... Cos they don't see it as corruption.

This is because, there is too much competition inside china. That is why. For the families that come on over to the UK, maybe the classes are much smaller. And kids can focus a lot better. Class sizes are just around 25 to 30 people. Everybody can listen and they can focus. How do you group 200 million amount of kids... into a mere 30 people groups?.... They need to be able to focus, and to be able to do ? So.... Anyway...

If the reporters are doing this then it means their HR are not doing the checking. Get it ? Recently a migrant from HK, a so-called CFO got a bno.. and came to the UK to finally obtain her ACCA. I thought to myself... There is a reason why there weren't many accountants to begin with. So you use technology to hold their hands until such a point that you need to release when you have a better educated workforce ? They don't seem to care. At all. On the other spectrum.. you have people online doing junk. And blocking you or ruining your access etc. that doesn't count ? It does !

In the UK, you go to jail. The end. In my days, people cheated. Then the professor gave them a talk and told them to stop. If he published this publicly... Or finally released this info outwardly.... Which he wouldn't anyway, cos he could take it up with law enforcement. Media is media... But if he knew and doesn't report then... He did do something though. I think he used a lower level sanction... It's so hard to get good grades... Cos you need to stop all other distractions.

Normally, those fluent speakers and those understanding of English have to at least have two generations of assimilation before reaching this level....so.... So many politicians doesn't even speak at all. They have translators, do.. you're not going to raise another generation really it argues mistakes when there are mistakes. So.... But the internet generation does not help.

And a lot of people have these certs and wanted high paying jobs. There are many doctors and everything. This is why systemic issues happen. Meaning, why did we have financial crashes ? Why do we have exploding cars ? Why do we have bad fin tech that steals other companies data and ruins their insurances or whatever ??....

I think at one point in time.. the UK's universities DID indeed have oversea's learning centres... but their standards are NOT the same as the UK's ones? On top of this, there are like tutor groups as well... and various other "supports", which dominated the entire sector in itself. So because of this... many kids, cannot past it. Doesn't know how to past it. Even with the qualifications, when they entered into the workplace, they cause a lot of issues? You could see that from the recent form of exploding battery cases and issues, in the "health and safety" correction that the government wanted to clamp down on. So... but they aren't necessarily... but anyway, with so many people inside China. It isn't that the talents are not there. It is the kind of insubordination and sometimes confusion over issues, and whatever... that is... pulling china back. So... Do and you die. Don't do and you die. Either way, you're dead. lol...
