@colberthunter12 : I kind of expect Chinatown, to have around 10 tp 20 Michelin star level restaurants. Since it is in NYC... so... why don't they have that at all ?... At least 5, if anything.

@Mellowyellow8888 : Nothing to say that you cannot create like office spaces, or whatever for small gatherings and businesses either. So.... pop-up nomad office spaces, with your nearby Chinatown to tap in for "nibbles" to eat? A space, is really for anybody , and your local community to use? So... use it !.... If there isn't the planning permission, then create small zones.. inside the buildings, or whatever.... with permits etc. So... It should help. There is no point to add debts upon debts in the USA.. the rest of the world already hate you guys for driving the US dollar to be what it is.. and it is causing us damages across the world too.
