Why do they have to categorise it and sort of form gangs and not call it "meals" ?... Cos you have to turn it into a molehill and lie to the western diners. So then they follow suit. It's like, what is "Pho" ? But the same as ramen but uses flat rice noodles than uses wheat noodles.

It's not Canton town. It's actually a Latino Filipino town. And what you don't know is that most Cantonese got killed first. Those were the past generational issues. It's also kind of sad that you don't know these histories, and you too side with the enemies. Lol.... But it's fine and okay. Doesn't expect much from migrants. Those who avoided death went back to China.

@timothybrown1763 : That is because the Fuijian, the Latinos, and South Americas had the support of each other. And they're different to the Cantonese. Many went to Australia and not via this way ? Chinatown's were mostly based on hometown associations. So... They should basically open a branch of Bank of China in those locations and turn things around imho. Reopen their family banks. Once again. As it used to be.

They call it Chinatown. But many are indeed mixed race heritages anyway... So... Since Spanish empire did happen. Maybe one or two are Chinatown's. Noticed, they don't say it's Chinese ?...

And hire British Cantonese chefs that's been trained here in the UK via catering colleges. I think that would seriously blow away cheesecake factories. ;) And drink Yorkshire tea. 😉

@ScreenProductions : There can be many reasons why people don't like them. If you see NYC. Even if there are people, they tend to buy from canton. Produces from Canton, say. Same as if you're from Fuijian. I noticed that they buy other tea leaves from regions for a mark up. So.. er... Exactly how is that supporting your own people ?... It's like, the Scots that moved to America, they still frequent Scottish businesses same as the Jewish people too. They still support Jewish businesses. So why not the other way ?... Er.... They should frequent HK a lot more, age support them. Support the HKs Cantonese music. Support the local produce from HK. Sell the dried prawns. The salted fishes etc. You don't support them. Then, they don't support you. Simple as !!

Mostly retirees get free bus passes that would go. Plus Londoners that have monthly tickets would go. So... They've paid for it anyway, so....

@hien323fable : Anyway, if you really wanted to go,then you would've bought like those "packet tickets". Like or take the trains, there are "twosome tickets" and also some Family Railcard, that can allow a couple adult, including a child. And that is across the UK too ? Excuses !!...

@hien323fable : Anyway, I'm tired. Very very tired. First, it was Sony and the whole Japanese thing. They're raised and well. Then it's keeping these Chinese and English businesses alive too. Then in the UK, it's indie bands... It's continuous. And English went into government. Then the ethnic minorities go into government.... So, now, where are the charities to keep things together ?.... Oh, Indians love opening charities. Like, they won't necessarily follow regulations. I dunno.

@tdhtran : It's not very very Chinese actually. Lol.... It's a restaurant type. But it isn't very Chinese... Anyway, your name is Tran. So it means you're Vietnamese. So... Some of it could indeed be what used to get sold or whatever across international scenes, or some of it came from imperial palaces, but there is a lot more to these cuisines actually. So....

You just need to look a little bit more clean, and tidy. Presentable. And hide the stocks and chaos. Nothing to it. In fact do what we do here in the UK. Do a "clean your way to wealth" TV show. And then turn things around. We have such a TV programme here in the UK about bed and breakfasts... Lol.... Owners of each place rate one another's businesses and then compare. Lol. After the critique, it gets implemented, and mostly ... it reopens... There used to be a lot of "turn your business around" show, show... In fact, go on Oprah !!! 😅 Better than YouTube !... Somebody needs to find a famous person from YouTube and then turn it around for them. Then go through the processes... Create different episodes. Then spam online with ideas, and be interactive... They could ask direct feed back on how to clean. Then tag it with "clean with me" !!!
