  1.  @lifeasagamerswife1961  : Not everything was, or indeed was "made in china". Some of the products, were actually.. especially mobile phones... Many of those, were made, or rather, assembled in the PRC... and they are made, combined with many components, from all across the globe. What.. after these specific situation now.. on some products.. China, is doing a "resell"... situation. i.e. Products that were made before, but nobody bought them. They are shifting those items into foreign lands... There's a phrase called "shan jai".... I classify that as actually "the ones that didn't past QA".... and this is whereby, they call it "OEM manufacturing".. but basically it is left over components and supplies, to remake it into something else, to resell. Whether this is the right thing to do, or not... is debatable actually.

  2. ​ @lambertois11 : Lloyds does have a site in HK. Which is why they now use fin tech. Which I didn't know. So since a lot of the foreign firms like Unilever and Kao is out of prc now. Why shouldn't British firms now enter in instead ? Especially the personal healthcare ones ? Since they need it now.
