  1. Because they signed treaties.. and people are following the rule of laws. So..... or something to that effect. Cos money only flows.. when people are not threatened to die etc etc etc. So.... diplomacies is there. "We will help each other, if you promise not to kill me first. Or in the process of wanting to help you." I am beginning to understand the financial crashes.... omg indeed...
