@guitarpro3815 : No... this is not a "take over". A take over is absolute ownership. What you described, is actually a "joint venture". And many Western companies know that, these kind of legal "joint-ventures" is not good for the West or the EU. Cos they have been there, done that, before? i.e. Some US or EU companies tried before, but it was shot down by the chinese courts. This is why they are forced to do a "joint-venture" model. This is a WELL known thing. You did not know that, many Western companies already tried in the 1980s and the 1990s ??? What these joint-ventures are doing, is maybe try to balance their currency, nothing more. I have seen and watched a few of the videos... about state-subsidised cars. I can now see that, there is too big of an issue for China. But I guess people will figure it out one day how to make it circulate. In Europe.. and in the EU, most countries are TINY... they have already got everything that they need. Most people already like like 4- 5 items of the SAME thing !! So why would EU need more from China? the previous items WERE From china too ! You've already sold it to us ! What Europe has not figured out is recycling.. They have already destroyed their old clothes already.. and ready to remade into something new. So I don't get why they would want more items to be shipped here... lol... We have factories full of goods already. Also, many many many warehouses from previous stocks that were shipped. So why do you think that we are now in a lockdown ???.... No more shipping goods.
Do they want to buy those ports, so that they can charge those goods to stay on there and increase their own wealth? If this is about economics.. Then maybe it is time that Germany also pulled out then with China... That is what you are implying, aren't you ???
