@etow8034 : If ROC did so badly... then why are there now "elite tiers" in the PRC today ? And why is there an actual "civil servant" tiers? And why was the "rotational" chairs terms.. not removed ???.... Why ?.... And why are there like gazillion amount of redundant houses? Everywhere ??? Sell them into the USA again ? Get them to marry into the USA and rebuild up their militaries too ??
