Don't dignify them with the label "kitchen"..... As you know, Deliveroo is now being sued or pushed by the London's Mayor as well... There is awfully something wrong, for outsiders.. and non-chefs, to be chefs... all of a sudden, just cos they assume that this is a milk cash cow. Did you see the woman talking about the muesli ? I think I will vomit right now. Absolutely disgusting... If someone throws away some garbage.. there is a reason why they are throwing that garbage away !!! I won't not mind, if she just steamed and then pickled them instead. But this is absolutely disgusting.... Really prattish behaviours.

But you have the option to "bulk buy" from other EU countries or nearby as well ? Which is what most people did as well before when EU was more integrated. The question is whether those individuals are standing by your side or not. Cos with the way that the EU is now. A lot of people don't... By right, even in the UK, we SHOULD actually make use of those freeports. But nobody is doing that either, cos they don't know how to do that. And so therefore.. what ends up happening, is people manipulating the currencies again... and whatever... and that actually sets us back a lot too !!!!

@e_eyster : This has been tried in my local areas recently.. and I saw the photo.. and it was disgusting.. Some American "chains" entered the area that I lived in, and I thought that it was extremely odd... Cos I have not seen this label or the restaurant anywhere in the city. And then when I saw the photo of the food.. It is even more disgusting than my local indie places... And some of the indie places now have upped their games ! GOOD FOR THEM !!!... And a lot more people now are helping their local indie places. Cos they can TRUST THEM !!! Some of these so called "kitchens" can use any tinned cans that you can throw at them. If this is the case, then why don't I cook the tins at home ? So disgusting. It charged around 10 pound.. for these tins... What the hell is wrong with these so called people for not just having a simple cafe, and then rotate their daily specials based on ingredients that they can get locally ?!?!! Have they lost their minds ?!!?!? Adjust your prices based on the price of your ingredients (!)

Li Ka Shing owns Greene King. Superdrug is Chinese. Tesco is Chinese. Water company in the UK is Chinese. Three is Chinese. The ports.... HK Oligarch bought out an air field near Scandi. Waiting for Russian attack to melt the ice and get to the oil. So then he can get to this. Plus a lot of student properties in the UK as well. Oyo hotel holding refugees is owned by Chinese. EU funding now supports these people. It's a lot of foreign investments... a lot. So how come Brussels now have a drug problem ? Why are those drugs from south America can get to these ports in Brussels and enter into the EU market ????

Outsiders see the situation and they think that "this is a country of money", but in reality, they are managing the risks from the globe and they do it well. So those hotels.. if they consistently hold themselves... at the very least if people cannot pay their own domestic bills. Then they just stay in the hotel down the road to get what they need. What is not to like about Switzerland ? You would think that everywhere in the world, people would manage things like this as well ??? But no.... most can't even see into the next generation.

@ANR1122 : Before the internet generation, here in the UK, we used to call it a "cafe"... and they can cook any recipe they like... and sell any ingredients based on what they can get locally as produce, and from farmers.

This is not a sustainable model.... Cos when food is cooked, and that freshness... comes from the kitchen to the actual table. That is within like 1 minutes.... By cooked, and hot, to the table. This kind of food delivery.. maximum.. can only survive by 30 minutes delivery routes, and it is clear that. This cannot even be met ?? So how come some chefs, do not actually combine their businesses together, and use a single kitchen, but two restaurants run under their establishment ? Or why won't pub, rent out their kitchens ? Rather than to go for this AWFUL kind of model ??? This is disgusting ! Some of these so called kitchens are not even commercial grade level... or industrial grade level whereby the food can be cooked well !!! This is absolutely disgusting. Some of those kind of commercial kitchen runs under an actual brick and mortar establishment for a very good reason.. No carts, and no shipping containers can hold a 2-3kW fire pan... and I doubt that this would pass H&E !!!! These people are so disgusting. It is surreal... Same in London as well, when they tried to do these kind of so called food boxes... Absolutely disgusting. Real disgusting. "Food pouches" and what nots... I've tried it all... and some of these people need to wake up. Seriously. They were not raised on disgusting food pouches.. so why are they subjecting the next generation to be raised on such disgusting food ?

You do not know what has been happening in the UK... we started to have these so called... "AI companies".. which is data collection companies.. or they call themselves "marketing companies"... So these companies, are supposed to ensure that their marketing works and hit on targets. A lot of good and long standing restaurants... like 20 plus years.. LOVED by the locals.. BUILT on reputations... and attract talents as well.. have joined these so called schemes... And then they took those pricings which they agreed say in 2010... and still used the contractual obligations from 2010... to like 2015 !!! Using their so called "data" collected from them.. and made promotions without authorisation, or even re-asking these local premises again. So they cut and sell margins like 20% or 50% goddamn cut... Embarassing their clients.. and the customers.. and then they berated them online, when the customers came into the dining establishments.. and the owners did not know about this. This went viral.. and it crippled those companies. Oh... you can be sure that they were mostly good ethnic minority restaurants as well... Folded... Just like that. Cos why ? Some angry white man decided to make money ? Even though he has made money, it was not enough ? So then he tried to use their uneducatedness... to destroy them ?? This man opened many so called "marketing" companies.. what he is doing, is actually ILLEGAL !!!! Yet, nobody took him to court !!!!

One of my ex-boss was selling dishes at a loss ? Cos he promoted them online.. and we told that the customers that we were not informed of the discounts, but the boss gave them anyway. So around 10 people lost their jobs. Cos the boss have had enough. He just closed, just like that, after... I think the restaurant has been like.. 60 years established ? 60 f!cking years. I grew up with this restaurant as well. So did my aunties.. and my uncles.. Everyone have dined there once or twice before in their life time... This is how much hatred, these so called white guys, have for us BAMEs. I cried so much... at home when I found out that the boss decided to close. I blame myself... and I know that he blames the competitions as well... His name has been all over the internet... and then this invited some weirdos online as well... Berating him. A lot of his competitors also berated his place as well. So now, everyone closed, cos of this virus. He is one of the best chefs in the UK.... and very old schools... Never tried to be arrogant by entering competitions to get a name, but most people know his standard. It is pretty high. Three generation.... has enjoyed a good restaurant.. only to be closed... forced to close, because of social media... because of so called analytics... and because of so called... online marketing... A lot of the old building contractors often comes down and marvel at their work. The local butchers and farmers comes down to eat. THIS IS WHAT THE TECHNOLOGY SECTOR HAS DONE TO THIS COUNTRY !!!

And it did not start from Deliveroo.. It started with Taste Cards.. Or this so called... Europe, or "technology boom" sector. This is why the country now is in a melt down. Total lock down. So many restaurants are no longer opened as well... Central lock down. Only some pubs and bars are to be opened. As well as some decent restaurants are to be opened too. You have no idea how bad the online berating happened... Cos that comment, means no sales... We used to have good and bad reviews online. Despite reviews.. Even the same individuals would try the same restaurant again. But these so called "analytics".. does not represent when an individual changed their minds. Or when the individual actually tries their local restaurant again. These so called analytics tools, never showed the behaviour of these consumers either. They also certainly do not show, when a dish has been customised to the diner's preferences. "I want extra light in the taste." How is this achieved ? All are standardised. "I need extra vegetable in my dish." How ? It is not on the menu. Your so called American ways... PLEASE STOP RUINING BRITAIN !!!.... "I have IBS." The chefs goes and makes everything more tolerable, and checks all ingredients, and adjust and adapt the taste, WITHOUT extra costs !!!! Tell THAT to the customers !!! One win... bad sale ??? A lot of these dining establishments have held their own for like 60 or 70 years. Did you know that ??? The so called "social media" f!cking industry have just ruined like 60 to 70 years of diplomacies, relationships and more. One of my ex-boss place.. frequented by 3 generation in my family.. Has been ruined. Why ? Because of so called technology boom ? Cos the tech sector wants a cut and a piece of the pie ??? I live in a small city of around 500, 000 people. Not a dense city jungle of around 1 million. People can eat good food. The farmers can frequent their local restaurant. "Farm to plate" is common here... Everybody places a role. Please save those solutions for other countries who needs it !

Well... Maybe it is time to bring back refining into the UK as well. Cos we did have an actual petroleum setup in the North Sea... So... and then the continuous chemical refining as well.... Maybe it is time to back those back up as well ? We have closed our actual coal plants. Some steam-generated rubbish burning grids exist. But maybe time that we reopen our gas pipes and renew them ? Since many actual places do have this still in its place.

Some of these are not even "tech" companies, but are media companies ! Earning in advertising. And these boundaries between different sectors are also blurring too !! This is HALF the problem !

@zomils : Normal restaurants are full of experts, that have around 10-15 years of working experiences... and know how to deal with food. Which includes cleaning them, and making them hygienic and without issues... These people are now NOT established individuals, have ZERO experiences.. and have ZERO clues.. but want in on the game. Kind of like Jamie Oliver. Did you see how he got panned lately ? On the stupid rice cooking issue ? Who the heck cooked rice this way ?!!?!!! This alone, tells a lot about these uneducated individuals. Most commercially made products... have even infra-red scanners to destroy the bacterias as well.... So these people do not even know how to kill the bacterias, but goes and cooks them asap !!! What the hell.... "I saw this recipe online, and I did the same thing, but why did I got poisoned ?" ....

You do not know what has been happening here in the UK... some people have been trashing one another.... like, physical harassments, and sending their employees to trash the opposition companies.. so that they have no leg to stand on. This is what has happened.. and if you guys are American writers.. PLEASE WAKE UP AND SMELL THE COFFEE !!!! What your technology has enticed people to do. This is why.... There is no "dark kitchen" in China.. A lot of local businesses or restaurants.. just do contract catering. They cook a full batch and then deliver to factories, on site.. or whatever.. but if you knew how these people worked.. They are using the cheapest ingredients... mostly tinned goods.. and just mix into a slosh... and then resell these items back to families. In China.. Most chefs.. are almost like Michelin level already !!!! Not like these ones !!!!! The chefs in China cooks the item from FRESH !!!!... These don't ! They are cooking items, and recooking them, after they have put them out of a tin or whatever. Just how many times can you recook something until it is unedible ??!!?!!! And some of these tinned items have like inert gases to stop them from being spoilt.... Food is tasty in China and in India, cos it is fresh. And most chefs also know how to detoxify the meat as well.. and to kill the bacterias.. Do you see these chefs as competent ???

Not everything from America can be translated into the UK !!! I say "no" !!!!! Stop this please ! This situation is causing a lot of real good chefs to leave the sector already... and we are left with absolutely disgusting food... These food.. are like, manufactured in bulk first. That is, precooked first. And then when it reaches these restaurants or dark kitchens, they are recooked, again and again... Many times over. I find this extremely disgusting.... This is why Jamie's empire fell over. Cos this is what he did. He started not to cook fresh or from scratch. And he did not secure his supply contracts, but cared a lot about his reputation.. and let those who wanted to make big money out of him... to trash everything. This is what really happened. And then, this started the whole marketeer prattish issue... Taste Cards... and discount places... Taking margin cuts.. and then pushing down the real chefs and owners down... Until they folded. Cos they would normally hire an entire BIG team... to bad mouth them. That is.. these people work for these so called marketeers too.... They generate analytics... and then screws up the small business owners.. and then trash them. THIS is why we are now in major lock down !!! This has NEVER been told !!!! It is one thing.. if your real food is liked a lot more, by the real customers.. But it is another thing, to HIRE... or to allow your own employees.. to trash your competitors... and not be truthful about what they do like or don't like. UK is only has 69 million people... and yes, WORDS DO GET AROUND !!! AND DO NOT THINK THAT WE DO NOT KNOW WHO WRITES THEIR PROFILES AND RESPONSES EITHER !

@CriticalSurvival0 : How Deliveroo is doing this is illegal basically. This is my point. So why don't they try and hire existing kitchen out, or to pay the rentals of existing kitchen. Or to outsource it to those places? Hire those existing restaurants, or even chefs ? Catering is possible. But the way this is done, is NOT possible, and it is ILLEGAL as well.

And the thing is, they are not providing you the proper translation either... and whether China has the money to lend. Cos they don't ? That is another thing too. And the other thing is, you cannot trust the so called SOEs... cos some of them, is just a family business that is listed in the exchange, and they don't run it as a democracy. So therefore, your video assumes that, it shows you as a "proper and working company with lots of different people and the laws to regulates it". Well... it is nothing but a family business, with some kind of members with Imperial surnames that sits on top of the management tiers.. and the money goes to their personal pockets and it raises their next generation. And then therefore indirectly sits in the State Council as a member, of the next generation of "Princelings".... i.e. Recreate the equality of old governors and families and Emperors... Basically. @ldon4002 : No... It was only ever written for HK. It cannot go over the border into the mainland. So judging this video. It says that state owned enterprises owns them. Meaning that it is the Chinese government that owns a section of other countries. How is that possible ? It is not even used in actual wto... either.
