  2. What he said is technically NOT true. Because there IS law and order, just that those who surfs, hasn't learnt the laws. And this is why some of you guys in the USA, assume that there is a "deep" state, cos you have lived inside the matrix for so long. So many laws in Europe basically implies that, "what you see in real life, is what and how the law applies to you".
