It is not "informational warfare"... in the past, people complain that this is a form of "colonialism"... well.. This is now an actual "biased unequal business deals on a global scale".... Everybody wants to sell to the other person. But when you have a single buyer.. but around 1 million seller.. across the globe. WHO do you choose? Which country? Why ? If you choose China.. you will annoy Pakistan. If you choose India... you will annoy Japan. Now... Think about that for a moment. Cos it happens everywhere.

@Right for Opinion : It is also odd for me too. I cannot circumvent the internet.. cos I feel like I've been protected in a ring. Don't know if this is because of what's happened.. or... if... I tried to use VPN but I cannot even get through that... And my old PCs have been hacked to bits ! Now I realised why I can only see certain things. And not others. Cannot believe what has happened... A lot of things moved so fast in the last 10 years. Now it is data... a data world... Basically, the banks screwed up. And this is the payment for that. Absolute rentier capitalism...

@ggmm : You know when that translation go..."state-owned enterprise".... They really mean, a provincial level company. By American standard, it is classified as a "state-owned company".. in the UK, it is classed as "local government owned company".. or something like that. Not the top level "state" !.... Not the PRC level, say.

@matthewv4170 : Ohhh... I never noticed that before. That is because now... it is companies hosted onto clouds. So no hosting money. Then no business. Basically. This is why you now see small time holders.. sell their wares on FB... I cannot believe that people uses FB to sell fruit and vegetables as well. I feel like..... I dunno.. I dunno how I see... The world has reached smaller.

@WolfSaviorZX : The internet also connects the banking sector too. So some people have been not just censoring.. but also blackmailing. So in the case of China.. regional provincial leaders or maybe CCP.. I dunno which... they haven't reformed into a format that is similar to the UK or the USA. And they do not want to and refuses to do so. So within their own country, is actually a mini-UN. This is why Russia also blocks too.... Cos the Northern borders is absolutely to do with their constitution and things... and I am sure that some American and EUropean people knows what is going on. Cos.. how could they know about the google entering China for many years ago? Even I did not realise or know of this. So how come.. these people can now still make money selling "contents".... were they media people ??? The gaming sector also opened up money laundering too.... There should not have been an actual banking crash in the UK at all... Absolutely not. Cos the media, that is global media's influences.. caused UK to basically gone bankrupt. Which we have.

@noonebeer : On the one hand, should there be wide internet ? I am seeing SO many ranty chinese nationals, accusing people in other countries of ALL sorts of things ! Some of us who worked in the tech sector still remember what is what !!! Some people , maybe the newer generation has zero clue about who built those foundation first.. Even Africa used to have their own telecom before... And now, so many multi-national conglomerates... even from China as well.. they sneakily basically broke Africa. So many Africans don't even know this... Just a lot of chaos. Of course, if you are part of a certain company that dominates, the you won't care. Those who have small businesses, and have to pay taxation. This is life and death !!!

@RaoulLB : Did you read what the video presenter said...."some countries like China, just allow certain companies to enter china... and then only allow certain businesses, or small businesses, "to copy".... in order to remain competitive"...... I had always thought that, china would become like an America. But the truth is.. they are not. I didn't know that. This is why.. then now.. China also now push their used clothing. Their factories built over excessively.... and they try to resell their stuff abroad. When in reality.. abroad had been using them as the SOLE FACTORY OF THE WORLD. But they don't even know that. Why don't they know that? Cos their government blocked it. LOL...... So yeh.. this is kicking back to them as well. Cos they don't know another province absolutely sold everything already. So province B , C, D wants to have a go as well... HOW is this possible ???...

Before CISCO.. there were far more many other small players. Why couldn't there be like a varied kind of market? Some better ones, some not so great ones... and you can choose. And you can choose to grow.. to choose to shrink. Standardising is also what causes issues too. Like.. China is mega wealthy.. but cos of the internet.. the rest of us are assuming that they are not. How can they not be so.. when they produce around 18 billion mobile phones per year.. or that is the supposed cause... And I don't even know if mobile phones are meant to be actually be the same type. The fact that, there isn't another way to build phones.. I want my 1980s mobile phone back... when I "feel" like the world was at my oysters.... when the ratio of things felt right. If China made this move.. a long time ago.. then why did it join the WTO? It should not have joined the WTO... cos it could have worked out all on its own... So how come, world bank entered china as well then... with the financial model of ALL countries? So then , they are not playing God as well ???... And so many individual countries are not aware that this is so ?.... Bad move much ? Yes. A lot.

@hgos7211 : You were using China Telecom. It must have coverage everywhere, including the part that is Mongolia. So... I don't get why you think this has anything to do with VPNs. VPNs aren't necessarily telecom networks !!! In fact... telecoms in HK are super competitive. I think China Telecom is also listed in the USA as well.. or other... something to that effect. So this might explain why you can get some US type programmes. No big deal. Plus... you can get a lot of channels in English inside China any way ?.... So... and there are American companies inside China as well ?.... At the end of the day, it's money, isn't it ? Depends on whether they paid for the contract with the telecom or not.

If you actually think about this situation... if your government blacks out the fights... then other parties, that is, UN Security members.. do NOT have to deal with... any legal lawsuits.. OR anything of this sort? So then it means that, this is or it has become a kind of .. and sort of actual ..."cyber warfare"... at the highest level as well ? As in... your country's government, doing this.. in relation to UN security's strategy etc.... Or the military with the UN security level etc etc etc... I can only suggest that you search and see if those comments or documents are literally written in those UN website. I bet it exists there.
