  1. It is because the SE Asian countries screwed up first. They laid down so much cables and forced their own respective governments to NOT.... Stand by their so-called areas. That is why, they call it "digitals".... Those individuals that did those kinds of things don't have UN level legal understandings. And just scraped all sorts of international data without filtering them out. Causing carnages..... And now all SE Asian countries are using militaries and one upmanship etc.....
