China has its own agricultural sectors.. and it is quite large? So.... But again, because of global trades. A lot of the provincial officials.. would not go into the areas of private and public farming.. and deliberately trash them.. in order to increase exports. It's like that. (So they cannot advice those farmers, to preserve them or to dry them instead. It has to be "no way, Jose".... and still buy in goods. And then maybe those goods, could be donated to other countries. Like the UK, maybe !!!!! ) Sell it to us for cheaper please ! We can make use of dried goods in the UK !
