  1. I'm actually so surprised that so many traders just keep their jobs and trade and try to do the same across the world than to work up a corporate ladder. Very surprising. Whereas I've done manual jobs and then degree and computer science and computers etc. At one point in the uk. It was said that in some areas, you need to do around 2 jobs to keep going... No wonder so many kept saying that they don't want to go to uni etc.... but saying that, something has to change for the financial sectors.
