@andyt2k : At this moment in time... the King should and ought to abolish the parliament actually.. and re-establish an actual new structure again. That is what he should do... Abolish parliament and keep the Lords. And then rebuild. After rebuilding them... tackle the City...

But Prime Minister's Question is to do with the political party's actual actions... cos we voted them in based on the last big election. But this committee's meeting seems to be about their own code of conducts... and indirectly, donations to their party as well ! 5 million pounds ?!?!..... Wow... I never knew that one.

@garethatkins450 : Tesco basically sell a lot of their products for a higher price, even though they are super cheap... that is why. Frankly, the bottom has dropped away from the actual market already. Wages should and ought to be high, especially if we go back to basics. Tesco has so many other cheap alternatives to their portfolio... the problem is that people are not promoted within British corporations. But we should be. Or at the very least, people MUST apply within UK companies. This is something that many people also don't do either. There lies the problems.

This is why they don't pay money/taxes to the UK, despite having an actual legal need to do their accounting reporting by sales volume for that site. This is how screwed up it has become.

The reality? The reality is that... we are made to watch this sh!tshow... and still feel supportive.. and then... also... their employees are given a mere 3 chances. How many times and chances has the UK government given Amazon? I thought it was very weird that one time.. I literally had a.. well.. basically, the situation is getting so bad that.. I had literally lost money, money and stocks as well. They said that the stocks should come my way. I said no. How many people in the UK now loses their stocks every single day? It is a lot. Plus.. SOME people STEAL stocks as well.. We have become like THAT in the UK. My previous workplace... the foreign worker (yep.. cos they can't be from the UK if they assume that they can just give away their employer's stocks as "waste".) He arranged people to take away those items !!!! 🤣🤣.... He was selling it as well. I am quite horrified by the way that we have become in the UK. Shocked, is not even a word any more.

So this council was created, cos some people must've broken the rules.. and reshuffling is what the government often do. But surely, if this dept is created, then you would literally just be clear of your position, right ?.... So.... Even if you are an MP... and that there are companies that are donating... SHOULD your party get the money? There should've been an actual ethic member, or somebody within the party to guard this, surely? Cos right now... surely, the citizens are being let down? But the thing is, citizens' position should be protected... more and more people do not see the wood for the trees... You can get MRI scans. Diabetes checks. Blood pressures.. blood tests etc... But yeh, it has to be deducted from your NI though. Slowly. Or you pay for private insurances.

This must be one of those... situation of... "we have this in China, and we can roll this out across the entire company"... Rather than to respect the laws of the countries that they operate in, and either exit out.. when the time is right or not... Without putting their own reputation on the line. They assume that they are also "too big to fail"... But right now.. they are about to fail... Cos UK do not need fulfillment centres. Not really. Why don't they let the actual physical distribution part be used by Royal Mails.. or various other companies.. and then Amazon just focuses on the actual website part? Or their electronic sales CRM piece ??? That would be a lot better. And they do not seem to be savvy enough to know... and to figure out.. many nuances with the local laws as well. i.e. Some of the delivery spot are private land.. and they won't be able to find the delivery address on any piece of data any where in the world.

@hesterwright3674 : For many and most technology people... (and to be fair, I have been a techie myself too)... I can now see the entire big picture too. Burnt out as well... We now have a situation of. It is the employees of Amazon, that can buy their own goods now. Not their "customers". Their "customers" can no longer buy anything. The market has already collapsed. Did you realise this ?.... I once worked for an American firm. I was so shocked that... 1) I had to buy my own employee's uniforms. (This is unheard of in the UK. The company provides the uniform.) 2) I had to buy the company's shares. (Auto-deducted as well ! Not even a choice !! What is that first commandment again??? I thought that freedom is a thing in the USA.) Yeh.. I was in a job.. getting paid.. but losing my savings... (like a good 10 years of savings).. into the organisation. And I was NOT a shareholder. Well.. they wanted my money to be a shareholder.. This is why I advocate euthanasia. This is a lot simpler. Enough.

I think you don't even know half of this... Did you know that Uber is a media company too ? Not a taxi firm app. Or technology company. That MP mentioned about the media.. he has an issue about that... But he has no qualms about Uber media taking British citizens' data and selling it, without knowledge or consent... Isn't this considered as stealing ? If it is... Then why aren't they involved in these cases ? If you are a media company, then should you NOT be actually following media laws ?

I am sitting here from my northern home, jobless, cos those app companies just killed off my position and my boss did the most unscrupulous thing which is to "reprimanded me" cos... "This is how it is". So, those roo drivers dominate abs we are holding up the stock market. Fantastic. My city now has most if the white people left. Influx if Chinese students are high. I cannot see a white face at all ? Either they are hiding at home or they are avoiding the city centres. A lot of refugees are placed here. In hotels. And that hotel is owned by the Scandinavian chain. Radisson? My workplace hires a lot of illegal immigrants...abs they assume that cos these tech companies or media companies can provide them actual "globalism"... They assume that they are working with foreign companies, so therefore what they do is flatline the org structures. I am sure that there is a loophole here. One visa expired immigrant bit me. My manager stated that they are joking. Yet, they are a part of a hidden group in Facebook. Hiding and doing their rounds. With an actual MP... Endorsing their very actions... I don't even flipping know how the heck that they don't get what they don't get. We know who are the illegal immigrants here. Yet the police don't catch them out. I'm still paying my taxes. They don't even pay taxes !! So.. if I am giving info for investigative journalist to use.. and yet, they don't even use it. What does that say about the media sector here too ? So code of conduct just allowed you to cause further issues to a society ?

Anyway... if they do not sort things out.. I think they are now at risk of actually smuggling. Cos we brexited. So it means that, they cannot literally sent items to EU... if they do not have the proper paperwork. So why are they so insistent on this productivity? Sorry... just how much is this video... earning them in salaries? Plus.. those surveillance cameras... in China, it is part of their financial transaction. Why didn't the panel ask them..."does your facial recognition also monetise on the employee's facial information and health information without their consent to any parts of the world, yes or no" ?.....

This makes me cry so much. They are kids, under 18 years old, so that they know that their sentencing would be different to that of an adult... It has to have them do this... in order for others to take note.. And the protesting now... is also removed.. and even governments and the civil servants do not even use the proper and appropiate ways to deal with this. Like, when there is a protest... or a petition.. they would not actually use the formal and actual UK Government's online petition. They would literally just use an actual... US random independent petition form. Which has nothing to do with the UK government at all. So our voices do not get heard. Decisions do not change. Why ? Why has globalism.. reached the point that, we were not told about this.. and why is there is no actual justices??? These kids are a lot braver.. than most... and to argue and say that..."well... there is wealth across the globe"... Yes... and those wealthy people now comes back into the UK, and often 1) Assault the kids and their parents who held the pound to be so strong. Which enabled their country to be rich. 2) Insult verbally... those who have literally held tight, spent up... and literally did work, all for their own shareholders' values without even actually . 3) Call them ALL sorts of NAMES.. in DIFFERENT LANGUAGES.,... and humiliate them into silence. Even as an ethnic minority, I have seen this with my VERY eyes... When I look back now... all of this talk of..."but it is cheaper if I moved this factory to this location"... Actually... it is not cheaper... it is more costly. Cos you are basically raising one country into population growth.. and killing off other countries and their growth too. (If there are no more Brits buying your goods, then where do you find your sales from?) We now have an Indian Prime Minister.... we have racial laws in society. For job opportunities yet... It is now TIME.. to reverse that.. and to bring in actual "Indigenous Laws"... Meaning that... IF you are not white English, Irish, or European... then you CANNOT... work in the top footsie companies. THAT should not BE law. I want to see change. I want that change to happen. If there are shareholders, then let them own a "SHARE" only !!!!!!! Every country in the globe is connected to shares and things. So why should people NOT stay in their own countries and hold a share ??? Sorry... but .. laizze-faire isn't working out is it ?! Uncontrollable finances. And no amount of regulation ANYWHERE is making ANY difference any more. I also want to see actual cut down, and reduction of any access of overseas citizens, businesses, doing virtual businesses without the consents of the government. This has TO stop. All those items doing their monitoring day in day out, NEEDS to GO !!!!!! CCTV cameras is meant to be catching UK thieves, and yet, so many of such cameras are also used by foreign terrorists to control... and to terrorise people as well... from SO many countries !!!! Stealing those movies, stealing those films... sending in somebody to do bad deeds.. ruining businesses... and the cases go on and on and on !!!!!! This HAS to stop !!!!!!

But do you let this moment sink in ? But even if you made it. What if others don't want to work with you and all moved out of Scotland ? Are you going to be like Greece ? Each new generation brings a new beginning.... And thinking. Is it not risky?

@opinionnotfactok : I don't think many has.. in all honesty... In my age group.. and my peer group... I have a lot of university educated people as well... And they themselves are far more educated than the current set of people as well. Some also did PPEs and their parents also paid for them as well. The thing with Rishi is that he was abroad.. and he came back to the UK to become a politician... While some better PPE candidates, they cannot get a foot in the politics.. and then you had those ass wipes.. from abroad.. in other so called Commonwealth countries, being asses... and selling exploded prices of goods to the UK.... And those universities people literally ARE holding the forte.... Some are earning really little in London. Or back in the North. Some literally lived off their savings from the sale of their house like 20 years ago.... as the inequality deepens. I now see weird people from Singapore, or from Malaysia who goes On and ON and ON about their wealths. Their wealths to flip used goods. Resold goods. Like again and again and again.. THAT is how THOSE people made it rich. And not just relied on these patents.. business deals.. lawyers to fight deals... That is also gone too. I mean.... We have a big mess in our hands ! This is why now the banks are counting.. and some banks collapsed.. and when a bank is collapsed, you can see why can't you? "Why did this figure just grew out of control despite it is not the BOE doing the work here?".... Even the likes of Yukon Huang... from the World Bank.. HE came out to say.."there is a shadow economy"... HA. "Shadow" ? Meaning that, people are exchanging and people who is not qualified for a bank found their own ways to do businesses.. This is the fault of the PRC government for being greedy. Consolidating powers.. without educating the people. Rolling out high techs... without educating the people. Wanting the people's powers.. without the acumen to govern.... PRC should NOT have joined WTO. For me.. I want the NHS to have euthanasia on the cards... If they do not want to decouple the UK away from the techs.. or the sensors economies.. Then we need to have that on the NHS. Enough.

Use the Citizen's Advice Bureauu. If not, then report this to yuor local MP. Did you know that even as an actual student, you need to register, to vote as well ? Write to your MP about this? And let them deal with this. If it gets worst, then the council should and ought to prosecute them. That is how things were done before, and should be done as well.

@paulredmond5956 : Tesco uses their facial recognition for their "card" transaction. Some people say it is for security reasons. But you also have to remember that... previously, they had the Tesco Club cards. So in effect, they already have an entire portfolio of you... and they use that to stock their items... And can predict when to send you vouchers etc. And now, with the facial recognition...it means that, they can assess how much money you have, and if you are the right person. Or should they sanction you or to stop your transaction etc. Yep. Surveillance capitalism.

Women need to be educated with knowledge about prevention etc so.... But I didn't know that it was illegal... But I do know that you can have access etc. But as women, we shouldn't be actually ... Needing to be..... I do want better fertility services for those that wants to get a baby... Cos there's a safe process.... Or should do.

These MPs need to know that, if this was any other employees of any other companies. They would have been sacked already. Not to have 2 jobs and a side open expense account. And on many levels, as citizens , as company owners, we are not doing ourselves any justice either. Cos we saved the banks.. and now are experiencing this big squeeze.

They literally removed most of their own tech and skills... and then IP'd it to other countries... and kept stablem, and locked down on immigration. China now has satelite-induced-gaming markets... which they are a part of ! Why did the Irish ran away from their own brewary brewings? Even they do not do that any more... and have gone back to Ireland with the USA backing them. Despite all of this cheap talk before about IRA and what nots... WELL... They got what they wanted ! What do I want? I want to see Taiwan become ROC and gain back a large part of PRC's current set of lands. WE WANT THIS BACK. Bring on the war. Australia has signed a pact already with Japan... And the Japanese president died.. but why ??? And NOBODY helped him ???

If they just hired somebody from the UK properly. Would they get this kind of sh!t? Absolutely not. Plus... these people can indeed sue them. Obviously, they have not been sued... or that they will find an actual loophole ? So which way do you go ?? I bet that this has only reached this stage.. cos a lot of people in the UK including the City has shares in this organisation or something.. this is why they are promoting this. When people in power.. do not follow their supposed educated positions. And even when educations no longer teaches them what they need to do. And when they are in a forefront and technologically forefront position.. They do not even do basic experiments to do small test points.. rather than a direct large rollout.. Doing for the sake of doing.. destroying existing things and bulldoze over everything... Bulldozing over.. the market.. your paying customers AS well... What do these people expect ???....

The media gets a lot of money out of it though. The analytical go flying. Why is it still an issue now ? This video is just going to generate a lot more annoyances. Like.. when those MNC went global. Did they or did they not hire a percentage of employees from ethnic minorities ? That is..... those same people that literally would have helped to balance the trades ?... Yup. At 46. I am also annoyed too. The infrastructures for banking were built... and then people kept being the small tech's minions by creating stupid and silly vlogs, or blogs... that links to earn pittances... Well... It doesn't do anything for us. I agree about the hire and fire thing. And I didn't realise when they meant that national house building.. MEANT... an actual house... and ownership, and somebody tied to an actual mortgage. Rather than social housing, or supposed "commercial building, turned slavery HMOs"... for different categories.. I didn't even realise that, so many individuals would not be able to do this kind of thing ???... Which is shocking. Cos without those houses... people do not stay in their local communities. The butchers. The fruit and veg people. All those small businesses, they don't exist, cos people doesn't live in cities. They live in commercial buildings. And yet, those meals are sky high too. Instead of decently priced. Hence the fisheries are gone.. etc etc etc.

Look at the department of media and digital.. they merged them. They should not have merged them. This is why we have no control. Fiction and non fiction now sits side by side. Well.. and this is why this is now being stopped.. and this is what this meeting is about. "When your organisation is registered in this country. Follow this country's laws. Or else face jail." Yes... this man is not doing a good job... Cos somebody, within his company will have to go to jail. UK brexited for a reason. I know that, many international readers, or employees.. are not accepting this clearly, and accurately. But this is a warning, and it can end up in a prosecution case. i.e. Jail... In the past.. in the USA... one could also end up in jail too, is mismanaging an organisation. Especially whereby one has other shareholders.. giving their money into this. I am sure that many UK citizens' own... pension pots.. are also linked to the UK markets.. and some of those funds, are also connected to this organisation as well. So yeh... the MPs are right to force them to reform. This is rule of law. Two things happened within the past 8 or so years. 1) ESG was introduced...2) brexit happened.... Now it is down to these individuals, to see if they have or does not have the acumen to save their own company.

London is going to build a 1 billion pound Google campus. Did you know that ?.... Do you want to know how they make money ? And how come people did not support Scotland when it tried to open an actual stock exchange to list some of the Scottish companies, in order to take away some of the powers from London. Well.... London now has been robbed by Europe, and the US is buying every single assets. Even some of the major super market chain like Morrison's. We had a lot of mutuals as well... and pension pots... and they have been robbed from the US side, to fill in their order books.... Asset stripped, and now more social enterprise definition of "companies"..... Supposed to transfer the wealth, but that is not happening either. The less wealthy is propping up the wealth, and the wealthy is not spending? Huh ???

@RoryMacdonald-pfff : Rory.... understand the difference between "outsourcing" to "insourcing" to "logistics" to "distribution".... if you do not understand these words or terminologies.. then please sh!t up. This is why we often state clearly... that there is the British English language, and then there is the American English language. Cos behind those words, in those respective countries are the old-aged laws.. embedded within them as well. What amazon has not done.. is to educate their own internal candidates to do the right thing. Why? Cos they tend to hire idiots... (FYI... I have worked for a good 15 years in logistics/manufacturing systems as well... and it was an American product that I worked on too. I know the sizing. The idea of what size fits what systems. And how much it can and cannot do. What they seem to have done here is already bulldozed over both the citizens.. and beyond... ) In any given business cycle... your assumption is always to grow big. But sometimes you need to focus on a small cycle. In any given chaos.. when you do not know who is and is not grabbing your market share. Then play the long game. Cos then you will know? Hold strong. Hold tight. In a mere 3 to 6 months. You will know if something is a go, or a no go. In the current climate.. 3 months is enough. The MPs are asking the correct question.. cos they want to know why their own GDPs as a nation is hit. As much as Amazon wants their productivity increased.. what about the UK's own productivity ??? It has NOT increased. Why? Where did those suppliers' tax filings gone to? so you can have an entire 20 "sole traders" "one man band".. and not pay any single tax to the HMRC ? Dream on. This is one top of the high street ones as well.. and now, people assume that they can do the exact same thing online as well.... So what... the UK has a whopping... 3 million "high street stores"... and another 2 million "online stores" ???... So basically you are selling and buying and selling and buying, to the exact same people? Isn't this like just play "tag" ??? Does any point in time, do those taxes goes into the HMRC's pocket as well? No? Just "bitcoin"??? Goodness me.... It bypasses a bank as well ? No.... goodness me....

@RoryMacdonald-pfff : You do have a problem with the legal definition of those words.. in the eyes of maritime laws.. and also in distribution laws as well. What is considered as "smuggling"... and what is considered as "outsourced"... ? Outsourced work.. from the UK.. and into offshore world.. is often based on a project and contractual basis. Project contracts are not the same as fast moving consumer goods. This is why we have landed in deep s!hts.. in the UK. Cos distribution is not in truth doesn't exist here. We distribution items.. and only certain items can be distributed. There is a commodities' code set as well. Anything outside of that, cannot enter.. or go out of the country. Based on what you stated.. "as outsourcing".. I can tell that you are out of your depth already !! The UK has brexited now.. and this company.. is not just helping others.. smuggle goods IN.. AND out of the country... It is also helping others money-launder as well. And yet.. you still support them.

However.. the boundaries and our way to do business, is also reduced to a small set of mechanics. And what Amazon has done here, has already violated quite a number of laws already in the UK. And this is not even the differences in gaps between the UK and the European laws as well... And if they should do this, then sure.. they need to file or ask for exception before operation. But I bet they did not even do that, right ? The surveillance during working.. That is one step too far !!! Do you like a camera pointing at your face, when you work.. and to measure your "anxiety level" ???... Nobody likes this indignity ! And they do not deserve it either! @RoryMacdonald-pfff : FYI. I am 45 years old this year. I have had my own business. As well as have worked in my father's business, when I was a child... and in terms of the rise of distribution.. I have not done a degree in this area, but I wish I did.. Cos that was what I specialised for a good 15 years of my life, earlier on in my career. I classed myself as a Distribution Analysts. And I configure, built, and assemble the architecture to these computerised systems. If I have watched this video.. and is calling out the BS. I will call this, this is BS. Understand ? The UK government, should NOT have to... actually... combine this many dept.. in order to achieve this objective. They should not. Really.

UK has also NOT pegged the UK pound to the Yuan... So why should this automation exists? WHY was this even considered into their specification for the British employment sector ? And the other thing is... you may or may not like what this MP was holding this man to account for.. But as an MP.. I presume that he wants to see a future. Would he want his own child.. into the future.. to have their faces.. and their info.. plastered all over in the servers that lives and reside in another country? The answer is a good "no" as well. What does the UK need to do and to take.. before people literally turn things around ??? Don't treat others in a way that you do not expect to be treated. Golden Rule. I am sure that, the UK laws are quite simple... to be understood... To me, I think that the King need to take back some control.. and actually.. we either need to prosecute some people or businesses, or both. It has to stop.

They are not a "food bank", but the legal structure that they are created by, is considered as a social enterprise, so therefore it kind of relying on donation isn't it ? In order to run ? So when we voted, well.... I voted Brexit. And I think now in hindsight, Scotland wanted to create a stock exchange to split across the country. But in hindsight now... so many news and data has been masked.. away from these advertising companies, Google, Facebook... we don't even have the real datas. Well..... Here we are. Have we not reached the peak of globalisation ? And yet, we cannot find the right data point to move back towards... and start again. That is the funny thing.

@themillwall442 : You have an even worst problem in Australia.. some of those aren't the "chinese" from SE Asia.. some are from further inland.. And they are literally messing you around now. Politically and diplomatically.. Really badly. Including some of the so called old Spanish colonies.. as well.. including the Indonesians as well.. etc etc... It is even worst. I get to see a lot of Australians here in the UK... as vistors.. and they mention that... a school leaflets are translated into around 30 other so called "languages"...

There is a LOT of people, who also buy a house here, from cash... and I think even ITV have shown... a case of a woman, who has been here since 2004... without any legal papers any more. Maybe their visa ran out, or whatever. But that... how could she end up 1) with a business, and 2) with a family, a husband ... and a nanny that has no visa, and still cannot speak English???!!! Even I myself is like the 3rd generation migrant? with my grandfather coming into the UK via HK... even before the formation of the PRC... and it is now that I myself, into the third generation could speak fluent English. I want to ask... exactly, how does the immigration test supposed to work? When there is a lot of cheating going on? And then people continue to feel sorry for these cases? We used to have a community centre, but my mother knows that we cannot continue to rely on others forever... So now, how can you actually expect, others... there are a lot of chinese nationals too, whom, are NOT the responsibility of the British government. Let us also not forget that... back in those days.. days of trades.. whereby there was a "chinatown"... Many of these people were not related, or from the same province. Some data and info are now uploaded online from some civil servants/academics from HK side... And I realised now.. one adding one... the people whom... Let's just say that, not everybody were married off. Forcing women to be with the traders.... never ended in marriages. So how come.. Liverpool Council... broadcasted those "deportation" as a form of "racism"... and not a case of "I kicked out these men, cos they raped the women" situation? How can Corbyn assume that, he, a single man band, could "unite" an entire group of people, when the very people harmed you, or your family? Throwing social services, or throwing women's lib... Yes, I was raised in a Labour city with my family around me. But no, I do not necessarily wanted to be forced to be lumped together with certain people. If he did not insinuate and forced people, and then let them discover which party they want to join. Then the results, and the antagonism would not have existed... Obviously the politicians who often say things like..."it matters not where you came from, but where you want to go in life, and the aspiration is why you should join". Obviously THOSE people READ the reports ! The TRUE reports ! When American tech media, uses hash metoo, SOME media and idiots, and pratts still do not get it.
