You can get MRI scans. Diabetes checks. Blood pressures.. blood tests etc... But yeh, it has to be deducted from your NI though. Slowly. Or you pay for private insurances.

@themillwall442 : You have an even worst problem in Australia.. some of those aren't the "chinese" from SE Asia.. some are from further inland.. And they are literally messing you around now. Politically and diplomatically.. Really badly. Including some of the so called old Spanish colonies.. as well.. including the Indonesians as well.. etc etc... It is even worst. I get to see a lot of Australians here in the UK... as vistors.. and they mention that... a school leaflets are translated into around 30 other so called "languages"...

Really ? That is very rude.. imho.. I didn't even know that. We also have a mosque in my city too. Despite there being several mosques already. They still built another mosque. So then, one mosque competes with another mosques for money. And yeh.. even religion fights one another as well. and then there are those so called "charities".. asking for "donation".. so yeh.. the banks disappeared from my city too. LOL.... !Ckfy....FFS..... F!Qckty !F. !Fkc.... I did say "don't do this".... but it goes on... so then, they are into money laundering too. Cos they donate to those Syrian wars.. or whatever whatever... and now, we have homeless white people... and homeless chinese people too.... Everybody is losing in my city. Cos why... they wanted mosques.. they have a mosque... they don't want to travel to their mother's or grandmother's mosque back home.. in their own city... oh NO... they HAVE to... build a NEW mosque... so the old mosque is needing money... and yet, they don't want to use that building to knock it down, and to sell it. Since they have the new mosque somewhere else. So then.. it has to be the ENTIRE country LITTERED with mosques.... WHY ?!?!!?!?!?!?!... FFS !!!!....

Why is there a Mosque in EVERY SINGLE CITY IN THE ENTIRE COUNTRY ? They don't even work together.. If you are a Christian.. nobody build a new church. They go to the existing ones. Or they ask if they could join, in a polite way. The mosques doesn't work this way. People are selfish ?... VERY selfish. And they don't even share resources either. As in, they don't donate back to their own mosques for its operational costs. YOU SHOULD. And yet.. you would open a "charity account" to ask non-muslims for money.. and not do work, for a living.... So... What is this ?... And then you would insult us.. or not to help other non-muslims when they are homeless.... This is just one island. Make it work. You sink. We sink. Simple as. It is give and take. You keep taking and not giving. It doesn't go round.

@eneanezha4525 : They can do it, because their countries have "deals" that is setup to transfer the costs between them. You do not see such details on social media.. but when you live in these countries, your own GP.. would tell you this.. and or the travel office.. Home Office.. or the NHS... would be able to advice you on this kind of thing. And most people, would follow the rules, and do it. Unlike.. a "tourist" that enters the UK, from outside of Europe.. They don't and won't know that, this is what you needed to do... or why you needed to do this. I know that you had to do this, cos I have been doing this for years.. even as far as my father's generation.. and presumably.... it was setup in m grandfather's generation. That means.. around 1860.... That makes me "know" the UK. So.. let us put it this way... somebody who has history with the UK.. and is British... with 160 years of "knowledge".. compared to this "tourist" of around 10 to 20 years of knowledge of the UK.... WHO do you think... should pay for things?... Each generation add a little bit.. to future proof your child. If you do not want to have a child that see and live in the UK and into the future. Then don't pay. You can reclaim this back, when you leave the country, and back to your own home country? Did you know that ???.... You only "FEEL" connected to the country, if you have family... and it makes you cry. HALF of these people, would not cry for anybody or for anything in this country. THAT is another problem too.... When you have put your heart and soul into someting it will trigger you to cry... be assured that it will. I love how so many tourists that enters the UK.. ends up bonking gazillion people... And half kids and have their kids bonk their cousins.. I recently said this to a taxi driver.. I asked him how many children he has. I told me 3. Then I said.. "do you have families here"... he said "yes, a few relatives"... and then I said..." Are you sure you want to have this many children? Cos what if there are no more yemenis here in the UK?".... Your kids would end up having children with their cousins. Then he laughed. (I was serious.) And then he kept laughing. He doesn't think that inbreeding is a risk to their health..... (I find that funny.) Even the chinese are laughing about this now. "Icky... I do not want to bonk my uncle's nieces.. that is also my mother's niece"..... 😂🤣.... And the locals are basically saying.. "please put back into the systems too"... and "keep going"... Cos if you want it to be better... Then speak English... so that one day, YOUR child could be Prime Minister too ! And BE powerful !... I couldn't speak fantastic English when I was a child. But I kept learning and reading, and keep perfecting it. Along side work... and providing for families too. When you provide and work outside of your own immediate family circle.. sometimes, you see and experience another side of yourself. This is why people always give back. So why talk and speak another language.. and not give back... and make sure that your next generation could read the old documents in English? Most parents would keep both. Both teaching their children their own languages, as well as speak English in school. just don't waste time doing mundane things ! Money is just a tool !.... Keep to the same system as everybody else ?....

It is weird... everybody, that lives in the UK... has TO LEGALLY register and go to school... !!! So... for those who are just travellers.. and transient and cross the cities... They cannot "live" this way. Cos they don't have the correct paperwork !!! I don't think that most people know and realises this.. For those of us, who have "settled and work here".. we HAVE to pay taxes !!! Lots of people doesn't even pay taxes here !!!!!.... And it is time that we prosecuted people for this as well... !!!

But the thing is.. these individuals from their own home countries.. even though it was and it is an actual democracy... THEY never kept their own government going... that is the issue here.. I love to know where that young man comes from. And why he assumes that he needs to earn a lot etc etc etc. We don't EARN, full stop. Lots of us, are living hand to mouth at the moment... and we make OTHER countries rich... Even from the Commonwealth countries. The people fought... did they know what they were fighting for ? I bet not. Cos when other retreat back... or doesn't understand politics... they end up without any help at all. It is like.. most people doesn't get what it takes to run a country. We give back as well... SO many countries. .. try and edge.. when they don't need to. It does not matter if Country A earns more than Country B. An apple costs Z in Country A. But it costs in Country B.. Z+ 1... but that 1... is adding the shipping costs. So therefore, BOTH countries ARE equal !!!!.... You have Z. We pay Z. So "how" do people "earn more" ? They do not earn more. We give back the money that we earn, into taxes... and then the taxes turn into schools.... So what do people contribute to this country then ? To work hard? To do WHAT with ??? And the British Pound.. is a SOVEIGN currency ! It means.. it does not and should not exist outside the UK's borders !!!" What are people doing earning that or indirectly creating more out it, outside of the UK ?!..... It makes no sense !

@marktaurus206 : Yeh... I remember my last London trip... was quite bad. I went to the local Morrison's near my sisters'.... and then this lady, shouted out very loudly and called somebody "racists".. very easily.... I was shocked, and horrified. London is too dense.. and too crowded. This explains why some people are so shouty.. but then again... I cannot get used to London.. with the people not speaking to each other, or saying "Hello".. or whatever ?..... It feels so scary.. And very very lonely in London.

I remember a trip to Vancouver before... and it was so quiet.. I was shocked. It doesn't even feel like there are people living there. I think the city only had around 25k people or something like that..... It felt so odd..... That was around 15 or 20 years ago.
