  1. They are illegally now.. Cos.. the rules are simple... when you leave the EU... those who could come, could come then. But if you are not a EU member.. OR... the UK.. They turn into the legal status of an actual "illegal migrant". Cos if they registered in the first EU country that they land on. Then they aren't.. I am sure that.. there could've been maybe migrants.. from commonwealth countries before.. that came into the UK... and then ventured into the EU to find business or to find work... Now, if that moment.. they did not register themselves properly any way and then illegally gotten a business of sorts. Then this makes them an actual criminal gang. Register yourself.. and it helps everybody, but not register yourself.. and nobody knows who you are, what and why... then you have no leg to stand on? And it isn't like.. there isn't a dissolution of... we haven't dissolved a state as well. Like... for me.. HK had people with a changing status.. when it was transitioned. So you need the new visa, or you have to choose. That is why Amnesty was there. But so many people don't get what it means to be stateless. You don't want to find yourself in a stateless situation. This is what the Home Office is there FOR you to DO !!! A lot of people don't understand the Brexit situation and how it impacts their status... within an EU country, inside the EU union.... People seems to be confused.

  2. At the end of the day, if you really mean to do business, then you would follow the constraint of doing a business.. So... Gone are those earlier days of "sole trader" with "free sales"... Most people open a company, especially when their earnings are above a certain level already. Lots of companies did that.. and this was how we thrived. So.. I don't get what people don't get... I cannot believe that, in this brexit situation... we have rooted out a lot of Sole Trader type people. Like, a LOT ? If your business are having problem.. go to a bank, find a business advisor.. and to turn things around.. Get help. Don't know how to export.. Find the depart of Trade now.. ask for the legal advice on how to enter those countries.. And get the correct paperworks already. In my 20s.. I had been building such systems for those people already.. during the 1990s and the 2000s.. they have it locked already. It is just that these small players doesn't know.. and didn't know that this was so. Why does Ecommerce exists now in Europe and in the UK? That already existed when we had the internet crash the first time round... Even before Y2K.... This is now what.. the social media crash? It is now 2022. Every single year, there is something different going on. Y2K. 2008. Covid. Brexit.
