  3. Is this a joke? Their heating costs are only around 200 pound service charges ??!!?!..... This is like 1980's billing prices... Is that per year? So they are going to bump it up to around 1400 per year? Do you know... the prices for us up North to run a single household has turned from a mere 800... to then a 1200... to this coming freaking sodding scary place of.... 2100-2500 per year !!!! And lots of us now.. are not even dared to do anything. Many of us, can't get work either. Cos there isn't any work. And most of us, can't claim or has not actually claimed anything either.... not even universal credit. So I don't get what this government is playing at.
