  8.  @hockema56  Excellent comment, 100% agree, hopefully the Tories in the UK go the same way as Trump's Republicans and Morrison's Lib/Nat coalition. Enough people can see these right wing populist charlatans for what they are. I'm especially encouraged by the performance in Australia of the Green Party and the Teal independents who also campaigned on the environment.

  16.  @alexforagen5208  If you're interested in losing weight and getting fitter, I'd advise eating brown rice instead of white, cutting out bread and soft drinks. Eat sweet potatoes instead of white potatoes. Also cut out or at least minimise high fructose fruits such as bananas, pineapple, watermelon and mangoes. Keep up the yoga, weights and walking. Maybe read Stoic philosophy.
