  1. Tim much respect for your candid and gutsy video. It takes emotional maturity to show vulnerability. Congrats on your sobriety - it's sounds hard but hopefully you feel better for it. And nicely done on training. If I'm feeling lazy or tired, I just remind myself how much better I feel during and after exercise. Re: diet - I find it easier to be strong in the supermarket, just don't buy that rubbish in the first place. I thought was a positive and inspiring video. I criticised you for your post about the English football jersey. I thought you'd become a divisive culture warrior. This video is more you - inspiring and inclusive. One tiny quibble - I don't think immigration is driving up house prices. It's income inequality - the super rich have so much money they have to spend it on something - they buy assets.
