To Andrew’s warnings on the “dangers” of the rise of the Right, I would counter by pointing out the habit of most “moderate” and Leftist EU Parties of painting every Party even slightly to their Right as being “Far-Right.” While “Russia-friendly,” Big Government Parties currently garner the most attention (and greatest numbers), there have been many, more “traditionally Right” smaller Parties that have found themselves quickly smeared with a “fascism” label by the dominant Center & Left Parties….Such outrageous exaggerations have only garnered distrust of such labels by many…. I would argue that it is due to YEARS of such disdain for the people’s opinions ( along with a very real fear of immigration among citizens—and rage over the ruling Parties’ refusal to tackle the issue ) that is largely responsible for the “rise of the Right” ….
