Jessica, most women who have reached your age have a long-established “look” ( and while “shaking things up” with trying something new from time-to-time keeps style fresh & fun, you don’t want to be dramatically changing your makeup/hair/clothes from day-to-day—as it telegraphs insecurity, while making it difficult for newer viewers to readily identify you )…. If I were your stylist, I’d advise you to use a much lighter hand with the makeup. You have classic “tough girl”/hard features (think Lauren Bacall) which require balance, by using a lighter colour palette—esp. on the lips ….The loose curls worn today are a good look for you (and also soften your face)….No snark intended, only advice.
